We visited on a weekday evening. The parking lot was busy. This Texas Road House germys busy. Fortunately, our wait was only a couple minutes. The restaurant is clean and attractively decorated with furnishings that bring to mind Tacas and an old road house, in a modern upscale way, just as the name implies. We ordered steaks as they are prominently displayed in a cold food case at the entranceway. The hostess asked us if we would like to pick out our steak from that display case. We did not pick them at that point, as they all looked good. The steaks were done to perfection. We had salads and potatoes for sides and both were excellent. Our waitress did a good job. My only criticism is the payment device at the table has issues. It is too easy to grab it and inadvertently go to game or other nonsense that costs money. It’s purpose to to handle payments, and that worked, but it has no option to provide a receipt at the table. We had to flag down our waitress after she said goodbye to us already to ask her to print the receipt for us.

This is my third bad visit to this specific location before writing a review. Third in a row I might add. The first two, the steaks were either way over cooked or they were out of what I wanted. No big deal the manager tried to fix the issues but I always left slightly disappointed. Tonight, service was mediocre. Thankfully Ashanti took care of us at the start or I do not think we would have ordered for a while. Ashanti, you were awesome! Wish you wouldve remained our server.
The prime rib…. second chance I might add…. is horrendous. I asked for medium rare. This photo is how it came out. The photo might not do it justice. It was cold. It was inedible on the outside. I ate the inside because I was starving and did not know when I would see our server again. That is on me. But I also, hate being one to complain about food. I love prime rib and this was absolutely horrible. I know it is a chain, but outbacks is still better than this. I will not be giving it a 4th chance because 3 bad food experiences in a row…. 3rd times the charm. I hope it gets better.

Food was good…Loved the warm rolls… Salmon Dish was good… but Chicken Dish was a little dry.. possibly overcooked a little… Sweet Potatoes were very good….

Early evening dining experience at Aberdeen NC TexasRoadhouse was both pleasant and disappointing. We were immediately seated with practically no wait time since they had just opened within the last 30 minutes. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. We had drinks and salads very quickly. The salads were served fresh and cold as there was still ice formed on the plates. We were offered additional rolls since we devoured the first hot rolls. They were heavenly. My granddaughter ordered Mac and cheese kids meal. I had a Ft Worth ribeye ordered medium well and my husband had a full rack of ribs.
As the food arrived. I noticed the cook on the steak looked charred on the edges, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. It was actually found to be well done throughout, not a hint of pink anywhere. Not even in the center. The ribs were cooked well and just requested extra sauce for them. I felt it important to give the waitress feedback so that the cook would know to watch the grill. The waitress informed me that she wished I had told her sooner and that I was not the only one that had overdone cook on the steaks. There had been several.
Consider this a warning… if you send your steak back, you will not be eating with the other ones in your party. If you don’t, you have just spent 22.99 on a meal that leaves a bad memory for you. Who wins here? Nobody because the cook will do it again for someone else if nobody tells them. Our service was great except for the end if the server did not inform the kitchen or her manager that she had multiple complaints about the cook on some very delicious steaks.

This is my favorite restaurant, but this visit was terrible our waitress was awesome. But the food well the fried pickles it seemed like the oil needed to be changed,. We waited a long time for our food in which wasnt right. We ordered a prime rib well done and it was still bloody so they took it back and we waited again for sometime and it was still very pink. So my fiance said he had been waiting so long they could take it back he lost his appetite. I the waitress was so sorry, which we knew it wasnt her fault. The manager was making rounds so I alerted her and she said how could she make it right. I told her just take it off out ticket it was a expensive steak to not be able to eat. I wish it was a all around good meal because I always talk good about Texas Roadhouse being from Texas. My fiancé travels for work and this was our goodbye dinner.

The service was absolutely terrible. Our waiter not only had forgotten about us and our sides for our orders. The food was cold by the time we got it, I ordered a medium well steak and received a cold and raw nasty steak. After leaving no tip, our waitress even had the audacity to “thank us” for our “generous tip”. I just want to know how are you going to forget about customers and expect a tip out of them? It’s absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate. What kind of circus is this?

It was our first time going to Texas Roadhouse and it definitely did not disappoint!!! All the meat was cooked how we ordered. The seasoning was delicious, even the sides tasted amazing! Our waitress was amazing she had the patience when explaining what some thing where. She also made sure our drinks were refilled. Over all an amazing experience!
We were amazed when the waitresses were dancing to a song that was being played on the speakers. We thought that was amazing because even the crowd joined in clapping!
I would definitely recommend and I for sure will be going back!

Finally was able to eat here today for the first time in my life and I must say I’m glad I came because the food was amazing I just get full fast especially them good rolls I can’t even say good AMAZING rolls with the honey butttwr cinnamon spread ! I lovedddd the manager on the floor and all her servers especially mine they were super helpful, kind, sweet. I will definitely be back ! Thank yall again !!!

We were told it would be a 45 minute wait, but somehow, it was only about twenty. I think a lot of people left. When we were seated, the rolls were burnt, we had no silverware, nor napkins. The waiter came and asked what we wanted to drink. We told him and then stated we were ready to order. He said hold on and left to serve another table. He brought the drinks, which was not the sweet tea we ordered and we again said we were ready to order. He left quickly again and went back to that same table. He walked by us two more times and i finally got his attention. I asked him when he was going to come back to us. He accused me of yelling at him. He went and got the manager who said he heard me all the way in the kitchen. I never once raised my voice. He had heard the lady yelling out happy birthday to the person on the other side of us. The manager then told us to leave.

Wow!! This is the place to be. Me and my boyfriend went for Valentine’s Day and had a blast. The food was 10/10 and service was fantastic. I gotta shoutout my girl Shay!!! She absolutely killed it. We will definitely be returning soon!
