First time visiting. I walked in and I was waiting to be acknowledged, after a few minutes, I approached a server and she told me it was open seating but I don’t know you have to order at the register and they take it to you. They offer alcoholic drinks and restaurant merchandise. My server never check on me, not once. They have a self serve coffee and water station. The food was the best part, even when my side was boxed mac and cheese. The waffles were delicious.

We don’t make it up to Greeley often, and honestly, we were a little hesitant about having waffles for dinner—but dang, this place completely changed our minds. Absolutely delicious and totally worth the trip!
We tried the chicken, bacon, ranch dippers (chef’s kiss), the waffle flight—which included chocolate strawberry, country chicken with gravy, apple cinnamon, and chili waffles—and a kid’s waffle. Every single bite was bursting with flavor, and the variety in the waffle flight was both fun and satisfying. It’s clear the folks here know what they’re doing in the kitchen.
Our only minor gripe? The paper lining under the waffles tends to rip, which makes it a bit tricky when cutting or scooping up all that tasty goodness. But honestly, if that’s the worst part of the experience, they’re doing pretty great.
If you’re anywhere near Greeley and even thinking about waffles, go. You won’t regret it.

Food is 6/5. Jalapeño Whopper is the best chicken and waffles I had in a VERY long time. Service great but nothing crazy. Atmosphere is very mellow and cozy, like a warm hug. I recommend the Jalapeño Whopper don’t change a single thing. It is amazing.

What a cute little restaurant!! We came for breakfast and left satisfied and smiling!! Max 6 per table though, so don’t bring a gaggle to eat and might be a wait depending on time of day, but we breezed in, was helped right away and was served within 15 minutes!! Delish!!

Support local!! Stopped in for a Birthday dinner with friends. We were the only 4 people in most the night. Girls running the front / kitchen were very nice and hospitable. Essentially one thing to eat but with many variations, WAFFLES. Were you expecting sushi? We tried a variety and all had a little sample. I like the chili and waffles but using a homemade chili would be awesome. Normal chicken and waffles is good, gravy and waffles was the best! A close #1 is the jalapeño waffles, get them!!
Beer selection is local and they have a nice cocktail menu. I went for the whiskey and they have a nice selection at decent prices. A few higher end ones at the time. Give it a go and don’t forget to hit the red panic button in the bathroom.

Food was decent. Sweet option definitely stole the show. Drink was disgusting. We were the only people there but people working were a little disengaged then disappeared after we got our food…a little awkward being in there in the best silence alone

Everything on the menu is waffle-based, which is creative but limits options. The sweet waffles were overly sugary for my taste, but the overall experience and ambiance were nice. Great for waffle lovers, but not ideal if you want variety.

The service was very good on our most recent visit. I would appreciate a larger sized mug for my latte. Also, if the heater doesn’t work, maybe try some space heaters. It was so cold that we chose to eat outside on a foggy ~55° morning because it was warmer outside than inside. Or, bring a blanket.

Really great waffles! And so many choices. I had the breakfast parfait with gluten free waffles (at 8:30pm, mind you) and they were fresh, tasty, and the perfect way to end my day.
