Hot and cold with service, last night was good. Arrived about 9:15, and they just ran out of steak so it’d have to be a 10 minute wait if I wanted more. Not the worst thing since it was late. Not the only the Chipotle location where they charge a ton more if you just want to add more meat or cheese. $32 for a burrito and a bowl and regular size drink for two plain eaters, but that’s the new norm now. Just miss the days of asking for more of something at any Chipotle without the price going way up and workers looking in pain to give more.

This is a solid location for the chain. Six staff members working diligently at their stations. If dining in, when you enter their main doors, move towards the left where you’ll start making your choices from the overhead menu. Inside dining has plenty of clean tables. Outdoor seating has heat lamps. Very nice.

I would’ve gave them half of a star (1/2) but it wouldn’t let me. I ordered a bowl with lettuce, half chicken/half barbacoa, and extra cheese because I’m on keto. What I got was not correct and totally unacceptable. Definitely not worth $9.00, probably worth $3.00…If there lucky. If you want to see stingy, see attachment..

I really don’t understand the negative reviews! The food was great, employees are super nice kids, and it’s super-well maintained. It’s really nice to have a local branch, especially for gluten-intolerant folks like me! Will definitely add to my regular rotation.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. We were denied access to restrooms for cleaning, clearly because the staff was trying to close the restaurant early (it was an hour and a half before close), and the manager was completely unprofessional and asked us to leave immediately upon finishing our meal for “being rude” by asking if the restroom cleaning was finished after about 15 minutes, and yelling at us out the door when we left. The food was fine, standard chipotle food, definitely not worth being treated so poorly. Very disappointing experience.

Decent location, same old chipotle. My only piece of feedback would be that they’re pretty slow at this location and the workers seemed like the sloths from zootopia. Not super happy to be there or enthusiastic at all.

A welcome addition to Gig Harbor. Food was tasty, staff were welcoming as well. Had a steak bowl with some queso on top, yummy.

I come to this Chipotle often, while the staff is young and the leaders there may need some more training, the food and service is over all great. Staff should make a little more eye contact when talking to guests and I did witness what I assumed to be a manager scold an employee in front of guests. However I can tell they are newer to management and just need some coaching. I’m a regular here and will continue to eat here

My bowl was cold..none of it was heated..not even slightly warm. The new garlic steak was completely dry..must have gotten the leftovers. For our 1st time there, I’m not impressed.. I would not rush to go back. Service was great until I saw a kid raise a dirty broom up in the air and wave it around, right in front of where the food is and peppers were being prepped, joking around with other employees… gross!
