Wow this had to be the slowest McDonalds I have ever visited. We should have known when we saw all the people standing around. 2 of the 4 kiosks were not working, the trash cans were overflowing, and it looked like the sitting area hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. After looking at the reviews it appears this is not an isolated incident. To be fair it seemed as though there was only 3 people working there but I’m not sure because there was nobody at the counter working. The McFlurry was even mixed ??? We were just passing through and hopefully it gets better but doesn’t look like it according to to the past reviews.

they will always find a way to ruin your order, whether it’s forgetting an item or just ignoring the special requests. i don’t even like leaving reviews but this has happened multiple times now.
the box says “NO Onions” and they still put onions.
No this wasn’t during a rush, I ordered inside and the place was empty, so I can’t comprehend how this happened but okay

Stopped to dine. Kiosk items were posted as out of stock??? Patrons there were super, hold door open for you and visit! Employee, not so! Started non-stop yelling at kid that come in behind us, leaving the door open. How would you like maggots in your burger? We left, asking kid at the door if he was the one getting chewed out, he said yes! He was very polite as was person holding door open when we arrived. PS: the door does have a not stay closed issue

The staff very clearly hate their jobs. They are extremely unpleasant & make customers feel awful. I only stop here when passing through town, & each time I have a negative experience. The woman who took my order today was extremely rude & had a bad attitude. The two men at the drive-through windows were not much better. One seemed to be under the influence, mumbling & making no sense. The only response I received from the second drive-through worker was “mhm,” while he looked the other way when handing me my order. Both displayed zero basic customer service skills.
The last time I visited this location, I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes while staff repeatedly took orders from the other lane, so I backed out & left. They had taken the customer’s order in front of me, so I know there was nothing wrong with the speaker.

The McDonald’s in Mesquite isn’t just a pit stop, it’s a fever dream wrapped in a McDouble.
I walked in for a McFlurry and instead got spiritually challenged by a pack of retirees who looked like they were training for the Mesquite World Senior Olympics (possibly the Special Olympics).
The fries were so salty I started hearing whispers from the Virgin River telling me to hydrate or perish. Every table felt like a high stakes poker game, except the chips were nuggets and the buy in was your cholesterol level.
The ice cream machine, of course, was “down” again, but I think it was just taking a personal day after dealing with the Nevada heat.
My Quarter Pounder hit like a desert ⛈️ , sudden, heavy, and impossible to outrun.
If you survive this McDonald’s, you don’t just leave full, you leave baptized by grease and chaos.

Kiosks have issues. Every single table was dirty, the seats are dirty, straw wrappers were stuck to the wall. We wiped ours table and seats down but didnt end up staying.
We ordered 1 hamburger happy meal and had to go up to the counter after waiting 20 minutes (and it wasnt busy).
They didnt really care, didnt rush and acted annoyed we were there at all. When my husband showed them the order on his phone the employee reach over and clicked “Re-order” on my husbands phone for some reason??? So we deleted that.
Then this employee walked away and told the staff to get us our 6 pc nugget happy meal…. its a hamburger happy meal. So we had to get another employee to correct it again.
They are not clean, not accurate, no customer service & seems like they’re content with that.

The potatoes are bitter and dark. Most likely fried in old oil. It is impossible to eat! All the tables are very dirty. And the toilet is very dirty. I love McDonald’s, but this was the worst I’ve been to.

Been coming here for a week and every day before I can finish drinking a soda 4 other customers complain about messed up orders. The tables are never clean, the order “tents” are left all over to prove it. The orders are never brought to the table, the employees are too busy on their phones to bother. Really regret that this is the most affordable place to eat. The restroom hasn’t been properly cleaned in days.

A few minutes later, two more cars pulled up on the other side of me.
But instead of them taking my order, they went ahead and took the other side of both car orders .
I backed up my car and parked it and then went inside to order.
I COMPLETELY KNOW WHY … They all hate their job, and it showed,,,
I explained what had happened.. To the manager, but he was very over whelmed.
A YOUNG LADY WITH DYED RED HAIR REALLY WAS TIRED OF MAKING ICECREAM SUNDAEs. I try to be nice, but I feel sad they treated me ugly it’s not funny when they think MY feelings are not important. While an employee smirked sarcastically walking past me behind his managers back,
I did not want the extra Sundae I through it away.
just treat me with dignity. Don’t just throw me a quick shut up ice cream, Sundae. I’m not a fat kid looking forward to stuffing my face with comfort food and self-pity
