Nice location. Play area is a plus for my 3 girls. Got 3 happy meals all fine except I asked for the extra fry for each and got apples. We had a long great day ad wanted to end on a sweet note but all their ice cream products where out. Unfortunate. Overall ok.

Ok, as fast food goes, this is the McDonald’s to go to in Orchards. INSIDE!!! THOSE KIDS ARE GREAT! They’re friendly and kind and it’s clean and mostly calm, the bathrooms are decent and if they mess something up, they like to fix it. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for my fries since I was 4, and this one gets them right. I love that they know me . Go inside. Sit a bit. Enjoy those soft seats.

Update, 3-23. Still get wrong food. Orders are always wrong. For the last 6 months now. They can’t even get a McChicken sandwich correct. I order at the location, rush home, and might have one correct item. Usually the wrapper, this becomes very inconvenient, my time is pressed, I can’t go back and complain.

Food is alright. Staff lacks customer service skills. My son orders from the Kiosk and their machines giving receipts with no ink. Went to counter to find out what is our order number, staff didn’t ask what we ordered instead responded with “we don’t have an order for that”. Had to explain 2nd time and insist with order details BEFORE they would check our order. Son ordered a 2nd time different Kiosk again blank receipt- different staff and she was little better but insist they call customer names. No verification of order.

It was okay I put my order in at the kiosk what was a sundae and a big Mac then my son called so I put in a second order in what was sad was my ice cream was melted by the time I got my big Mac and my son’s order the fries where cold.
