I’m moving out of state this month and though I’ve lived in westland all my life, I’ve never had Culver’s. When I told the young lady helping me, Maddie, about this, she was super helpful walking me through the menu and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to her!

I bought two meals in the drive thru.
I DID forget to check the order in the line.
(My bad)
Got home, one full meal was missing.
Gave my wife her fish and chips meal, and went back for the missing meal with the receipt.
Briana said that I needed to
“bring the food that was in the bag so she could see what was missing”
After trying to explain how dumb that was, she said
“That is just our store policy, because we don’t know if you are telling the truth or not.”
So I went BACK home to get what my wife hadn’t already eaten to bring it to the store.
Briana then tells me that I should have “called as soon as I noticed the issue”
And
“I will see if I can remake this burger”
Not the meal she made me take away from my wife that she now had in her hand.
Sean the manager finally told her to remake the entire order.
But he tried to fill up the Dr pepper right after blowing his nose in plain view of everyone without washing his hands.
Gross!
While I do want whatever training is necessary to change any future similar situations…..
I don’t think Sean or Briana should lose their jobs at all.
They are just kids, and deserve a chance to make things better.
I will for sure revisit this location, as I am hopeful that this was an isolated incident.

I absolutely love Culver’s. The burgers and Chicken Sandwiches are really tasty. I will try their seafood soon. Fast service, comparable pricing, friendly team members at all locations and if you use their app you can earn rewards towards free food, win, win. I recommend trying if you haven’t.

I have been eating at this location multiple times a week for the last 5 years. However, the food quality has declined at this location lately, forcing me only to return occasionally to re-test the food. My most recent order was not fresh. The fries and cheese curds were cold and my burger was physically smashed completely flat. Not sure what has happened to cause the decline in quality as the service is still great.

My husband & I was celebrating our 20th Anniversary and used drive thru, I got the fish dinner and caramel shake and enjoyed it very much. My husband got the Swiss & mushroom burger plus raspberry shake and said it was great! Thanks for helping us enjoy our 20th anniversary! The food was Great!

This establishment would be a 5-star restaurant, but unfortunately, my salted caramel shake only has salted caramel in the middle. It’s not even mixed in, so it’s more like a vanilla shake with a tiny bit of caramel added. This is the second time this has happened at this location, so I kindly request that whoever makes the shakes mix the caramel into the vanilla to make it a true salted caramel shake.

This Livonia Culver’s is by far the best one! The staff are super friendly and there are always plenty of them working, which makes service quick and smooth. The restaurant is spotless and really well kept. The food is always fresh and delicious. Please disregard my last review. I accidentally posted it for the wrong location (Westland). The Livonia Culver’s truly deserves all 5 stars!
