I love a well-oiled machine. And this place is just that. While everything is made to order I’m just the way you like it, the food comes extremely quick. Everything done out in the open where you see it. It’s a family affair and they have it together not to mention that the food is through the roof delicious. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich egg over medium. Hate that but noticed all the tenderloin cooking on the grill and it looks so good that I ordered a second sandwich with the tenderloin and the spices on it are fabulous in the sandwich nothing short of delicious. My truck is getting worked on down the street and I will be back for lunch. Trust me on this one, it is a definite must.

Based solely on the fact that this is a bbq restaurant that’s only open in the morning and early afternoon, I thought this was the type of place that cooks BBQ and sells till they run out. Mind you, I’ve driven by several times over years and was always too late to try it. So I had built up this expectation, my fault. I got only a bbq sandwich, and boy was it disappointing. Not bad. But tasted like the BBQ that comes from a tub, not the pit. I could be wrong. But that’s what it tasted like. From a tub. Boo. One star. The other foodight be good, keep expectations low, friends.

I came in this morning to try for the first time. I didn’t get my biscuit I paid for but I don’t have the receipt to prove that. Service was quick, straightforward and friendly, and the food I did get was great! I got the triple cheeseburger with tomato and mayonnaise, and a large fry. Fries were salted perfectly and the burger was flavorful and the perfect size!

This kind of place would only exist in South. Biscuits are fantastic. Pretty sure you can get a hamburger anytime. Their hours are 4 am-1pm. Their tenderloin biscuit rivals any in the area. Even if there is a line they get you out quick. The parking lot is full of potholes especially if you come in from back/side area. Small in-dining area on right. Sort of counter seating facing the wall.
