The shrimp crab cakes and burgers were great hot and fresh my fries were ok. I would of given a 5 but the fries were not fresh. If youre going to give me hot everything else then the fries should be fresh.

We ordered 10 regulars, 2 fries, and 2 teas. Food was hot and fresh. The wait was minimal. I hadn’t had White Castle in years. Reminded me of my childhood trips to Louisville to visit my grandparents. We would always stop on our way home.

Food is decent, staff is nice. The facility looked like it could use a bit of cleaning in the dining areas and restrooms. Prices are great and the service was pretty fast. drive thru is a little tight for the large vehicles.

Yes I gave this five stars! Because it’s exactly what you think it should be, this food does not waiver in one way or another. Those little burgers are soft greasy and oniony! I’m not even sure if that’s a word but it is true. They have a great flavor and they’re perfect whenever you want something that just absolutely does not fit into anything you should ever eat. But when you go don’t be afraid to order way too many of them, you’re gonna regret it but that’s OK! I have a wonderful flavor they’re the exact same every single time, so you don’t have to worry about any variation. But they are also fun to eat! Don’t be afraid to try to fish in the chicken too, both of them are great choices.

Loved how drive thru listened to me at the window when I asked for him to place the ketchup into my hand and not in the bag on top of my onion rings. I have a problem with tossed condiments placed on my foods that aren’t covered. If they were ever dropped on the floor or dirty hands were used. One could easily pickup & place innocently into the bin, eventually given to the customer on their foods.

It was a young crew but they were super-fast, friendly, and provided true enthusiasm which was entertaining to watch. It was our first time there from Tennessee, so we were pleased at the friendly atmosphere. They were very courteous and had our entire order completed so unexpectedly fast and fresh. We ordered 3 cases and on order of fries, onion rings, and chicken rings. We have a lot of friends that love White Castle as well, so we always have to get extra. Such a great experience from beginning to end. Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
