Finally got to go here and it was good not great! I definitely feel they need to up the game w flavors. I had a lot of expectations w the food but it didn’t quite hit the spot. It tastes like run of the mill, and not so authentic. Has a lot of potential if they really get a Mexican person to fix the menu. If you know, you know! The location is beautiful, especially if you get the outdoor seating at the back facing the boardwalk when the weather is good!

Absolutely delicious buffet. The wings were outstanding, the salsa was fresh and flavorful, and the selection was plentiful. The mimosas were a perfect touch and complemented the meal nicely. Great atmosphere, great variety, great service, and definitely worth coming back for.

We came to blue mesa for the first time to celebrate a friends bday. We were served by DJ who was absolutely awesome. She gave us recommendations, she made the atmosphere lively and always checked up on us. Do ask for her when next visiting. Her recommendations were top notch !!!
Will have to do a happy hour there as the food was very good. My carne asada came out perfect. Best skirt steak for sure – get it medium. Will visit again.

This was our first time eating at a Blue Mesa Grill. Atmosphere wasn’t what we expected from a place like this, service was the best part, food was OK but the portions were small compared to other restaurants we’ve been to. Server did mess up on our daughter’s order but made it right without asking. Being nice and leaving 4 stars, but 2, maybe 3 is more accurate. Might try again in the future, but not anytime soon.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — especially the tacos and margaritas. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy conversation.
Diego’s customer service stood out the most. He was professional, personable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to receive service that feels both genuine and efficient, but he absolutely delivered.
We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Diego!

I like to eat chicken quesadillas, the portion was good, bigger than their tacos combo.
Service was average, had to wait till the end in order to get my drink refilled.

Some of the various food we ate were : omelettes, brisket, asparagus, sweet potato chips, sausage w/ onions, wings.
The mimosas are massive, and the watermelon auga fresca was by far one of the favorite things I had. So refreshing!!

matty was one of the best servers i’ve had in forever, he was super nice and attentive to us. the happy hour was great the margaritas were amazing and the tacos were even better. i usually stay away from mexican restaurants like this but im glad i stopped in and had an experience with matty! 10/10 food 100/10 server!

Went to Blue Mesa for their brunch buffet and had a great overall experience. There was a good variety of items to choose from, and everything was well-prepared. The brisket, sausage, and salmon were especially delicious. Service was excellent — staff was attentive and friendly throughout. The only letdown was the mimosa included with brunch; it was a bit flat and underwhelming. Still, a solid brunch spot that I’d happily visit again.
