I came here around 5PM on a Friday night. I was quickly seated and got my drink promptly. After ordering, I went to the restroom, which was clean. I went back to my table and fresh bread with cinnamon butter was waiting for me.
It didn’t take long for my food to arrive. I ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and rice pilaf. Everything was fresh and piping hot. I have no complaints with the food.
My server, Ashley H, did a great job. She was promptly with my refill and also promptly gave me my check. My bill came to a less than $16. Reasonable.
I would recommend Mama’s if you’re ever in the area.

My family and I went to Mama’s porch and grill for dinner. We got there around 5:45 on a Saturday and the place was busy. We were able to get seated right away. The service that we received was outstanding. The food was great. I ordered their crispy chicken salad and got a 10 inch plate piled high with my crispy chicken salad. My brother’s both got 3 pancakes the size of their plates, my dad got the meatloaf and my mom got a plain burger. Everything was huge.

Fabulous place. First time eating here and was not disappointed. My wife and I both ordered burgers and fries. Burgers were great. Cooked just right and super juicy and flavorful. Fries were amazing. Super hot and just the right crisp. If you’re in the area definitely the best mom and pop place.

One of the best dinners I’ve had in the entire tri-state area. Portions are huge, the food is excellent, the prices are phenomenal and the service is pristine. The location is very good and the interior has plenty of room for parties of all sizes. Come with an empty stomach because they do not hesitate to fill up your whole plate. They serve fresh, hot bread with a delicious cinnamon sugar butter, they have options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and specials are posted near the door which have very good value. Overall I would give this a very very generous 9.5/10

Love the large choices of food. You get plenty of it too. Only complaint.. it is kind of noisy at times. Hard to hold a conversation. Be nice if the tables had dividers with some kind of fabric covered foam on them between each table, to help muffle the noise maybe.
