i really love this place. i have been here multiple times. i always like to order the hibachi party tray. it is such a great deal! their soups & sushi are so tasty. they made a mistake recently but resolved my issue quickly. i will keep coming back!

I got four meals, two chicken meals, and one chicken and shrimp meal and also a three meat combo and got steak, chicken , and salmon with veggies and fried rice and the steak and chicken are both extremely tough and burnt the vegetables are burnt are disgusting. The salmon alone was the worst part extremely hard the whole meal was not worth 16 dollars. The entire plate was disgusting. I do not recommend spending your money here. You would think the customer service would be okay when you spend close to 70 dollars on food. But no they will sit right in your face and laugh and try to say only some of the food was burnt. I was very mad about the customer service there. The meals weren’t partially ate as I brought them back with basically all the food I tasted one meal and so did everyone else to realize we wouldn’t even feed that to a dog.

All of the steak was actually raw. I enjoy rare/medium rare. So this isn’t some “well done” person complaining about something rarer.
This was actually RAW. Barely even saw a stovetop at all.

My first question of whether I should have ordered this was when the cashier asked me how I wanted chicken cooked when I asked her what did she mean she said rare medium rare raw. It’s chicken it’s supposed to be cooked the whole way I told her I wanted to cook the temperature. I don’t want it well done just cook the temperature. What I got was overcooked chicken that is hard to chew. Way oversaused even though I asked for light sauce. . I go to sit down and eat it I am crunching on uncooked rice and half cooked rice. It took 30 minutes to get my food and there was nobody in there.

Big order of about 8 different plates. My salmon hibachi was very good, but portion of the fish was smaller than I expected. Appreciated the noodles that was mixed with some shreds of cabbage and onions. Had different cooks of steak and they didnt label which was what (medium rare, medium, etc). We had to play inspector when we got home. Come to find out, all the steak were cooked to what appeared to be the same temp… Minor issues with our order but the food was good and well packaged for transport home.

Since discovering Fuji Express, this has become my go-to place for sushi. Fresh, innovative and delicious, their menu has never disappointed me. The staff is friendly and courteous, ready and willing to help explain things on the menu if you are not familiar with them. They are set up more as a takeout restaurant but there are tables available if you wish to dine in…. If you are trying to impress somebody, (like on a first date) this might not be the best place to go. But, if you are looking for delicious sushi at very reasonable prices, you should really give them a try.

We ordered delivery and we were given extremely raw steak in our steak hibachi dinners. It was visible that the steak was not cooked properly, the sear showed it was only placed on the stove for a short amount of time. it should never have been served or even allowed to leave the kitchen. Very disappointed that the cooks couldn’t properly cook such small pieces of steak.

Usually very good, super disappointed when I assured my partner it was good food and then received well done steak definitely nothing close to medium rare like ordered, and it was too late to call.
