Decided to try something new tonight with my daughters. Overall experience for my first time wasn’t horrible. There wasn’t anyone directly taking orders so I attempted to order thru the kiosk which failed because the payment options weren’t working (unless I wasn’t doing it right). I approached the gentleman in the kitchen & told him it wasn’t allowing me to pay so he proceeded to take my order. Sat down. Played a board game with my girls (which I loved that they had displayed while you wait for your food). It didn’t take too long for him to bring out our food, it was hot & it was good UNTIL my daughter (who ordered the birria ramen) passed me her bowl because she was full & asked if I wanted the rest. WELL I’m there sipping the broth & then I feel what I thought was a bone until I spit it out onto my hand & it seemed to be some type of screw -a metal of some sort that I’m assuming either broke off one of their pots or something else in the kitchen. I respectfully showed it to the gentleman who served us & told him this was in my soup & all he said was “ oh I’m sorry about that “ & grabbed my plates & walked away. I was disappointed in his response & although I understand it might have not been his fault nor do I believe it was done on purpose he could have handled the situation differently. I didn’t take a picture beforehand because I assumed a different outcome. I debated even writing a review because I’m not that type of person. I’m not a “Karen” but on my way home I just pondered on the fact that my daughter could’ve choked or swallowed it. So because of that we will not be returning.

Food was really good but the carne was very salty. Not sure if we just got a salty batch or its the normal thing here. Ill definitely try it again to see.

YUMMY!!! Suburb 21 was absolutely delicious! The menu is pretty well organized and easy to pile up a list of what you’re savoring to eat. I ordered online for my family.
I ordered the Al pastor fries to share and Al pastor tacos for myself. My husband ordered the asada tacos for himself. My kids ordered the steak quesadillas and the kid’s quesadillas with a side of fries.
The taco plates and the steak quesadillas had a baked potato on the side. All plates (minus the kid’s quesadillas) had salsas on the side. The salsa were not only perfect for the food, but so good! They were very tasty. My only gripe (not really a gripe, just a dream lol) would be that I need like a gallon of them because they’re that good!
In a rare occasion, there were absolutely no leftovers. Everyone finished their food. When I picked up my order, upon entering, I was hit was such good aromas in the air. My mouth was watering from the smells of delicious food that I contemplated of having my family just drive over to meet me because I wanted to just start eating. Lol. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Quick too! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was good. I highly recommend this place for families to eat especially. Budget friendly and the portions are good.

These tacos from Suburb21 were absolutely outstanding. Each bite was a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and bold flavor. The tortillas were warm and soft, holding together beautifully without overpowering the fillings. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, delivering rich flavor without being greasy.

The birria tacos here are absolutely amazing. So flavorful and juicy! We ordered via phone and had to wait a little bit in store, but that’s how you know the food is made freshly. We had it twice this past week and will be back soon to try the ramen!

2nd time coming to this place, and the food taste really good. Birria Ramen and the Birria tacos are really good. Highly recommend to visit this place for Birria tacos and ramen. Well organized and the crew work well together.

Terrible food and terrible service. They took almost 30 min with our order and my little girl’s chicken tenders were literally raw. The manager didn’t offer us to cook the chicken or a different order, eating raw chicken can cause salmonella and other diseases. Today is September the 14th and we will take my daughter to the hospital for a check up. This is unacceptable’ ,I’m posting this so the business can have record too they will hear from us soon.
