Always love going here, especially when they have the crafts and other events! So much fun for the kids, workers are always so nice and foods pretty good! Also love being able to find a seat and order, makes everything so much easier with a little one.

Usually efficient, pleasant, quality food and service. During odd hours it can be a bit of a wait..there’s one older lady taking orders who prioritizes lengthy conversations when taking orders which can last 5-10 minutes for each drive thru customer.The inside staff has to be wondering what the heck she’s doing. Can take a while on some days/times…. not a disqualifier based on one annoying thing though. Good place.

Chick-fil-A is always good. Food always good and fresh, great service, I’m not wondering why they are always busy. We are not eating here very often because we want something faster but when we have free time this place is the great choice and we love lemonade here very tasty!!

One item was made wrong and one item was missing. Unfortunately I didnt notice until I got to work and couldn’t return.
I am sure the salad being made wrong could have been prevented if the young man taking the order repeated it back to me. I didnt think about it until he ran off (literally). So I asked one of the other employees and they told me no lol just flat out no. I have never experienced this type of customer service at a chik fil a. No one smiled or looked like they wanted to be there.

Just the right amount of spice on my sandwich. I give it a 8.6 out 10 which is huge for a fast food place. Waffle fries were also cooked to perfection. Of course the sauce is wonderful

Doing everything right, best Chick-Fil-A in Michigan and it’s not even close. I drive the extra 15 minutes to go to this location over Livonia, the worst location. I love the mobile drive-thru lane. Marketing director deserves a raise, the atmosphere and decor are incredible, they’re what you would see in a Chick-Fil-A magazine. Very organized and clean. You can tell the staff enjoys working here. Never got my order wrong once, which is a big deal because when i’ve visited other locations, it happens 75% of the time.

The service was unlike any fast food place I’ve ever experienced! They are friendly, engaging, they look clean and dressed professionally – We’ve never had an issue with service inside or out-

I like the chicken sandwich and tenders- The nuggets are hit or miss- The tenders are pricey- Also like the waffle fries and egg sausage cheese biscuit- The biscuits are sometimes undercooked and a little mushy-

Chick-fil-A objectively has some pretty solid food for it being fast food. The chicken always seems to be pretty tender and has a good flavor. I threw some hot sauce and honey on the sandwich and it gave it some extra flavor.

Very kind. I missed the order sign instead of the person. Went thru line and they explained I missed that sign but offered to take my order and it wasn’t any problem. The I think team lead couldn’t of been more sweet and totally took care of me and my order. It was Monday around 10am. Wish had her name. Would contact corp directly.
