Daniel was our server and he was awesome! Very attentive and just all around great service! The environment was great, soft quiet. Loud enough to not notice other conversations, quiet enough to enjoy dinner and not feel like you’re screaming. Food is great, we LOVED the Gyozas. Would 10/10 recommend!

We ordered the Ocean Roll, Phoenix Roll, and Chicken Udon Soup—all very delicious. The ocean roll was so fresh and so good that we ordered it twice! I would’ve taken a photo of the soup but my dad devoured it in the blink of an eye because it was so yummy. The chicken and the broth had such an umami taste. We loved everything, including the mochi ice cream. I’m not a fan of whip cream and chocolate syrup so if your tastebuds are similar, I would ask the server to leave that out. Tank’s Sushi Bistro is the definition of a hidden gem. The place is super unassuming—in the best way—but the food absolutely delivers. The hibachi was perfectly cooked, everything tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and on point. I was honestly shocked at how good it was. If I’m back up this way, I’ll 100% be stopping in again.
