This is our favorite pizza spot in the east valley. The location is super clean, especially the bar area. Also, the staff are all super kind and very personable, especially Andrew and Jake. Nothing beats a night out at this local mellow mushroom location!

So disappointed. We love coming here and especially for the gluten free and dairy free options. My cousin came in from out of town and could not wait to have Mellow Mushroom and wanted to get the SuperPep again after having it the last time he visited. Apparently we made the mistake of ordering take out instead of dining in because it felt like we got a totally different pizza. While I understand the SuperPep was adapted for the dairy free option, for a pepperoni pizza, there were hardly any pepperonis.

Have you not had Mellow yet??!?! The crust though! So you’ve got to start with the pretzel bites w beer cheese. They’re so fluffy and delicious. You’re also gonna wanna come in & try these at happy hour cause it’s not even a question if you’ll want to order these! And then you’ll know that’s the flavor you’re getting in your pizza crust. Honestly the pizzas so good our fav is just cheese but on a flavorful night we’re getting Pacific Rim; extra pineapple. Seriously come experience this. And it’s a fun environment without being crazy. Come by and see Jillian and Andrew, they’ve got your service covered- so sweet and personable and knowledgeable with the menu.

We stopped by on Sunday right when they opened and had a great experience with plenty of parking, a fun vibe, and really good service. We shared the Elevated Cobb Salad and the Holy Shiitake Mushroom Pizza with added steak, and the pizza especially blew us away. The thin crust, flavorful toppings, and perfect balance easily put it in my top five pizzas, and we’ll definitely be back.

Went here for a birthday lunch with extended family. They had set up a large table for 14 of us. We were comfortable. The decor is fun. The music was great and not too loud. Our server was awesome and everyone’s food looked hot and delish. People ordered pizzas, calzones, hoagies, sandwiches, baked wings and a salad. They also serve burgers. It was a little more pricey but worth it for what we got. As we left, I think every worker told us thank you, goodbye and to have a great day!

Great time eating yummy food. Their pizza is wonderful… The garlicky crust is a must! That night there was free trivia so that was cool. Traditionally they can be slow to get food out but the last 2 times I have been there they have been quick in the kitchen!

Went to trivia on a Thursday for the first time and was run well, but they had technical difficulties, displaying the PowerPoint on the screens with a massive lag that was not distracting but hard to hear the audio then had to wait to see the question up on the screen, but it took so long and was definitely distracting to say at least

We love Mellow Mushroom. This was our first time visiting this location as my husband was here in Mesa AZ for work. But we have went plenty in Greensboro NC which is where we first discovered this gem.
The pizza pies are amazing and delicious. Our personal favorite is the house special and then the buffalo. Today we tried the cloud 9 wings but I was not impressed. The sweet Thai chili is better in my opinion. Nonetheless the wings were cooked very well.
This location is really nice and artsy inside. I love the ambiance and unique decor. We went at 11:45am and there was no crowd yet. Very quiet and peaceful and a very chill vibe. The server was friendly and pleasant. If we are in Mesa again, we will definitely be returning here. There is no Mellow in Las Vegas or anywhere close and we often have a craving for this deliciousness.
