So I hadn’t had jack in the box for a long time now. Hubby and I decided to go over the weekend night. Sadly as much as I was craving it, it disappointed me. Service was good and friendly, but food unfortunately wasn’t. I had ordered a Texas double and an order of egg rolls, egg rolls were good but the burger meat had no flavor at all. Not sure if they just don’t season the burger meat. But I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase. Not sure if I’d go spend my money again. The man that was doing drive thru Saturday night. Great attitude and energy.

Ordered 4 tacos and regular seasoned fries. In the bag I had 2 tacos and regular seasoned fries. Told the young lady it was an order of 4 tacos. She apologized and gave me the other 2. That was very minor issue.
The problem was the food wasn’t that hot to have just been made. It was no more than 60 seconds from being cooked to being consumed at least you know me starting to eat the food in the restaurant. The tacos were all luke warm and the fries weren’t much better.

I’m really not too fond of the chain but Jennifer F made me change my mind. She was sweet and attentive with my order. I like that she didn’t dismiss me and gave me kindness. Thank you Jennifer F!!! Her last name is Iron! Oh and the chili poppers needed longer because the jalapeño was a bit hard! I’ll go back because of her!!!

As for the food-The mini tacos were bad, tasted old, refried. You can tell by the texture & how chewy they were.

Came on a whim. Tried the Cheesy Jack. Good burger and good flavor could have been a bit bigger. Fries were nice crisp and fresh. The milkshake was extra thick, the caramel and brownie taste were subtle, I wanted it to be a bit more stronger in flavor and color but it was worth it. This was a good visit and please do not forget to provide the military discount to those who qualify especially if they are in uniform.

I asked for no cheese on my burger and they put double cheese. I tried calling so many times afterwards yesterday and they don’t answer the phone. So I had to come back up here today and instead of replacing the entire meal for the inconvenience they just replaced the burger. So yeah a burger and no meal is fun..

Very Unpleasant experience when I go to order around 1:50am at a 24/7 establishment and the person at the drive thru kept cutting me off for EVERYTHING.. waited at the window for a good 5-7 mins, proceeds to hand me one bag and as i’m putting my bag down TURNED AWAY she says “here you go”.. felt like she was rushing me don’t know but the experience was horrible.
