Food was decent. Because of food cost and not wanting to raise prices the portions are getting smaller. The server was excellent, checked about every 5 minutes to see if I needed anything. As you can see in the picture it was pretty quiet. This was a Saturday morning at 11 am.

Heidi was hands down one of the BEST servers I’ve had anywhere, not just at IHOP! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome — not rushed, not ignored, just taken care of.
Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and she checked on us at the perfect times without hovering. You can tell she truly cares about her job and about giving her customers a great experience. Even when it got busy, she stayed calm, professional, and kind.
It’s rare to find service like that these days. Heidi definitely made our visit to IHOP in Paducah, KY worth it, and we’ll absolutely be back because of her. If you get her as your server, you’re in great hands!

Waitress started out good. Then got bad quickly. It was my daughter, husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and myself. I had took my daughter to restroom where it was freezing and our waitress came while we were up wanted to take our order and my husband told her that 2 of us were in the bathroom and she said we can go ahead and start anyway. My husband told her no we will wait on them. Then everyone had to keep repeating what they wanted just about it. Then came time to pay. She had brought us the ticket. We were sitting there talking and enjoying ourselves in IHop and our waitress comes over and says, “I came to check on that payout of the bill. ” She slowly cleared our table and everything even after we paid and were still enjoying ourselves and she kept telling us there was no rush but it sure seemed like it. We all felt very rushed to get out of there. I have ate here plenty and never felt so rushed before. It was like this waitress didn’t even want us in her section or anything. My father-in-law didn’t care for his hash browns and my mother-in-law said the sweet tea was too sweet for her.

Heidi was hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve had anywhere. Super attentive, quick, kind, and on top of everything without missing a beat. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, and she made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Give that woman a raise! She’s a rockstar.

While currently activated for the KY national guard this past week due to the winter storm, IHOP has remained open and has provided us food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food has been warm and delicious for each meal. HIGHLY recommend this IHOP!!!! Thank you all for your service while we are providing ours!

Stopped by at 2 am. We was greeted by our server. She was really nice, made sure to get us seated and get our order put in pretty quick. Our food was perfect. The girls there were awesome. If you’re hungry at 2am you should definitely stop by and eat some good food and help the servers out. You won’t be sorry! Their French toast was amazing!! Can’t say it enough our server was awesome! I wish I had gotten her name! To my server you were awesome Thank you!

It’s sad to see this place go down over the years. But if you are in the area, stop by and give it a try. I still believe it’s better than the waffle place. Great strawberry banana pancakes!

Traveled 2 hours to talon falls. Went to eat there afterwards, they took over an hour and a half to get us our food. There was only maybe a total of 3 tables there. Our server kept on coming back to ask us what we ordered. She didn’t write anything down.

Very clean and well staffed location. Quick service and good food. My server was Kelsie and she was awesome. Never ran out of water or coffee and she was genuinely nice. I will definitely ask for her the next time I dine here. This dining experience was a pleasant surprise for me all around.
