Culver’s is amazing as always! The chocolate milkshake was absolutely delicious, just as I expected. This time, though, I really want to highlight the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and professional, especially the team members taking the orders. They were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Excellent service like this is what keeps customers coming back. Great job, Culver’s team!

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give zero stars I would. The service was so terrible. I stood there for a while and didn’t get any response and then when I said hello to try to get somebody to help me, they ignored me. Then instead of just apologizing and trying to help me, they decided to go on a power trip and refuse to give me my order. YOU CAN SEE HIM SNATCHING IT IN THE PHOTOS. Mind you this was a manager, so I took it up with the operational manager and instead of prioritizing customer service she decided to let her managers run all over her; disappointedly so after she had acknowledged that he was wrong. Literally shaking and crying from this experience. DAVID NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

Culver’s used to friendly and clean table but now no one wants to keep the restaurant clean. If the dinning is not clean how about the kitchen. They have a lot of employees but not trian well ,unprofessional and kinda rude. I ordered a kids meal they told me it’s plain if not add more money. Usually it was just automatically comes with onion and lettuce. But they give us nothing. I didn’t like the tomato anyway. My order takes forever.

Horrible and super slow service; 25 minutes to get a simple cheese burger and a small cup of custard. The cheese burger was cold, and the meat burned. When finally my order arrived to my car 25 minutes later the custard was melted. No napkins or no spoon offered; and no common sense what’s so ever from the employees. The only positive was the gentleman outside the drive through who took my order, he was very professional.

We stopped in for a late lunch and ordered burgers and custard. The burgers did not get made the way I ordered them. I asked for double cheeseburgers with lettuce tomato and onion. I got all of that, but also got pickles and mayonnaise. A lot of mayonnaise. We were able to pull the pickles off the burgers but the taste still remained. And the mayo was just plain gross. The redeeming quality was that the custard was very good, especially the butter pecan flavor of the day. It came with full sized pecans, not crumbled up chopped pieces of nuts; we got real full pecans in the custard. It was amazing. We just wish the hamburgers would have been made the way we liked. We love Culver’s burgers usually, but today’s just weren’t made right.

Super glad I tried this place, never heard about them, so I didn’t know, they are very different from ‘normal’ fast food place…
They have great burgers. Super friendly service. I’m not a huge fan of the fries, but they have tons of choices for sides, like even brocoli, and mashed potatoes with gravy . They also have shakes and malts with REAL dairy and ice cream, instead of the powder junk in most ‘shakes.’

Jay has the WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered especially at a Culver’s. He is short and does not care at all about customer service and makes the customer feel like an interruption when we are literally the entire reason he has a job. So disappointing that this has not been corrected because I know there is no way this is the first complaint against him. We’ve been here multiple times on our vacation and it’s sad to see he hasn’t changed even in the short time we’ve been here

I generally really really like Culver’s. Been to several although this was my first time at this one. We’ll probably skip it in the future. We simply wanted some milkshakes. Girl was kind of rude on the drive-thru speaker, then as I’m paying another girl that seemed friendlier the one that was rude slams the window shut and starts either complaining to or bitching at the other girl. And continued to give some serious attitude for the remainder of the transaction. Pulled up to wait for our milkshakes to be brought out, the young man that brought it out looked and acted like he had the worst job in the world. Also a bit short and rude.
Not sure what’s going on at this particular Culver’s, but either some poor management has all their help upset or they need some training on how to treat customers.
Again Culver’s as a whole has always been great and the staff friendly. Some Senior Management definitely needs to visit this one though.
