This place is amazing … constantly knocking it out of the park…breakfast or lunch you will not be disappointed. They have the most wonderful breakfast. Here is a picture of their sweet potato pancakes delicious !! their lunches are fabulous, but be forewarned you will have to wait because it’s very popular because they are doing everything 100% right …the staff is so friendly and happy even when they’re so busy … I wish I lived in Blairsville I would be there every day. Also pictured is a lunch plate and another breakfast plate.Love love their kale salad and fried squash!!

What a fantastic find! We had a lovely breakfast and yummy specialty coffee drinks! We had the brisket hash, the yummy omelette with collard greens and goat cheese, the chicken biscuit and fried eggs and potatoes. The biscuits were very large and fluffy! The regular drip coffee was delicious. Coffee or tea comes with your breakfast meal. Our waitress could not have been sweeter and more welcoming! Every staff member was kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Always love breakfast here but had lunch today for the first time. It did not disappoint! The fried chicken is incredible, as well as the Rueben. But the show stealer was the brunch biscuit and gravy topped with juicy fried chicken tenders, cheddar cheese and fried collard greens . Service is down home stellar! Well done Sawmill! See you soon.

Know that this is a BUSY place! If you are on a motorcycle, the overflow parking is gravel. Food is good. People are friendly. Porch is nice. Bathrooms are clean.

Very well put together place! They know what their aesthetic is & they stick to it. Well decorated, nicely staffed, & clean. All the staff was very friendly & they acted like real people, not corprate robots. They put in a new barista station since I was here last & it was FANTASTIC! Proud to say Im a drink snob, very passionate about it, & the mocha latte impressed me. My aunt loved her chicken tenders. I got a sausage & cheese omlet, the cheese wasn’t as melted as I would like but whatever. Atmosphere got 4 stars because the bathroom had “spiced tobacco” soap that smelled so bad I immediately had to put on perfume hand sanitizer as soon as I got to the car…

Wow! The food was made to order, fresh and very tasty. It is elevated southern food because it is seasoned perfectful. Usually, Southern food tends to be too salty. This was perfect and used incredibly fresh ingredients.
I can see why there is always a wait. Bring a book and grab a coffee or tea from their coffee bar. It’s worth it! If you only have two people in your party, they can seat you faster at the bar.

We had a wonderful experience at The Sawmill Place in Georgia! Our server, Nicole, was absolutely fantastic , attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made excellent recommendations that we ended up loving, and she truly elevated our dining experience.
We also really appreciated that the food is locally sourced. You can taste the freshness and care that goes into every dish, which makes the meal feel even more special.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! They have great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

We visit the Sawmill Place every time we are in Blue Ridge. It’s a 30 minute drive, but well worth it. Easily the best country fried steak I have ever had. The staff is great, food is top tier, welcoming family atmosphere.
