First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

The chickichanga was delicious, along with the steak chimichurri on special – (hope FW decides to keep it on the menu!) But the best part of our experience here was the presence of the GM, Loren. He is perhaps the most pleasant human I’ve encountered in a long time. I overheard him reassuring customers that their meal was nothing less than fantastic, and of course he checked on us multiple times with a smile on his face. This is exactly how a restaurant should be run! We hope to come back and visit again soon.

We were greeted at the door by Loren with a kindness & greeting that seems rare these days. Our experience continued to be Top Notch with our waitress Amber & Rebecca.
You can tell that the employees here are the best & genuinely enjoy what they do with a smile. Our whole visit felt

The Wife and I have visited four different First Watch restaurants and all of them have been fantastic!! All of them are decorated very nice and feel warm and comforting! Training must be fantastic as all the employees are always super friendly. And the most important part, the food is always top notch delicious!! This will always be our first choice for breakfast!! Bring one to the World Golf Village area!!

This First Watch is BY FAR my favorite and I am a frequent visitor. Loren, the GM, always makes my day when I come in. He’s ALWAYS so cheerful and kind! He makes this place. The layout of the restaurant is my favorite as well and it’s clean. The waiters and waitresses have been great and are always helpful. Amber is one of my favorites. Food wise – it’s always exceptional. I’ve never had any issues and I love that I can get gluten free toast.

I love this location!!! I have been to all of them in Jax but this one is always 10/10! It’s usually me and my one year old, we are always sat down quickly and seen too immediately after. The food comes out hot and fresh!! I always request a little extra and my request are always filled. The servers are always nice and the atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. I love it here !!!!

Tried the 2 new fall menu entrees, maple bacon croissant sandwich & honey chipotle chicken hash… INCREDIBLE!!! Never leave First Watch unsatisfied!!! Loren was AMAZING! Excellent customer service, you can tell he really cares about his job and his customers. Such a great overall dining experience can’t wait to come back!

Where do I start? We tried this place last minute and boy are we glad we did! We ordered a Roast Beef and provolone sandwich and the million dollar bacon to split. The sandwich was one of the most delicious we’ve ever had. The beef was lean and cooked to perfection and not overdone ensuring that it was still tender and juicy. The bread was nice and crispy. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered food to-go for dinner. Our server Conner was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and the thing that blew me most away, was the manager, Loren, was doing table checks ensuring that everyone’s visit/food was good. You NEVER see that anymore. If you are in the area check this place out. We will be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at First Watch! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and came out so quickly, you can really tell they care about both quality and service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to start your day.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I especially want to recognize the General Manager, Loren Sanford, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and genuine hospitality, and it truly made the visit stand out.
