This pizza inn has always had the best food, but I was so disappointed today. Everything looks and tastes like it’s been sitting under heat lamps all day, and they’ve changed the dessert pizza in some way for the worst. The renovation makes the place look great, but I’d rather have to dirty, dark ambience back if it meant the food quality was the way it used to be.

I have been eating here over 30 years.over the last 10 years this has become one of if not THE WORST restaurant. My last 3 times have been horrible and I didn’t leave a review just kept hoping for a better outcome the next time.well Tonight was the next time!and the last time.We only came because it was boiling springs high school basketball fund raising night that my child is part of.The meal was 33.96$.Not one single piece of hot nor fresh pizza.The only positive Tonight was the tea(which never disappoints)and the basketball team smiling. The turn out was nothing like it should have been. Im almost positive because of the reputation pizza inn has gotten established over the last couple of years. I gave them a 31.00$tip but should have just came and gave them the full 60+ and some hugs and left.i can’t express how disappointing this place has become.

Went here after a graduation ceremony and the food was delicious! I could taste the greasiness in the bread and that delicious oven cooked taste that homemade pizzas have. The staff was good, we came in within about an hour of closing time and we ended up being the last customers out the door. The staff didn’t even begin taking up anything from the bar until we were getting ready to leave, our waitress even came to ask if we wanted anything off the bar and we were not rushed out like many other places do! THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY BETTER THAN CICI’s PIZZA and I let them all know that and how much we were satisfied! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! It was worth the over 2hour trip to get some good quality tasting pizza❤️with plight service and where they don’t kick you out so they can close the establishment on the dot! This was also our 1st time here or any Pizza Inn anywhere, very well done guys A+ across the board!

I ordered a chicken Parm and Pizza Inn Sent a chicken Alfredo. When I called and spoke to the manager, which I do believe was Kaleb or Caleb, He was extremely ignorant and would not make corrections on the order. He also hung up on me twice. Very unprofessional. I will never be ordering or eating at this place again.

Waited 15 min for a fork. Asked twice. Only about 20-25 people in the whole restaurant. I got attitude each time I asked. How long does it take to wash a fork and how do you run out with only 20 people in the whole place. I eventually went and asked for a plastic fork after I ate pizza so I could at least eat the salad I made and not waste it. This place has went severely down hill over the last couple of year.

I have to give a shout out to this particular Pizza Inn. Every time I go, the place is clean, the staff is friendly, and always plenty of pizza to choose from! It takes a village, and you’ve got a great village! Kudos!

Multiple employees INCLUDING the manager, went from making pizza without gloves to changing a trash can, touching the inside of it, RIGHT back to making pizzas.
I was going to file a complaint but the manager started doing it too before I could get him to talk to me.

Fantastic as always, this is the pizza inn to go to. I’m 50 years old and it’s just as good as when I was a kid! It’s always a pleasure to bring family and friends here,at some point this pizza inn is like part of the family too! Thanks to all the management and staff that make this place what it is.
