Ive come here twice now and both times food was excellent. I loved my omlette. The challah french toast was good. The eggs dont go all the way through which my wife prefers but ill live. The food overall was wonderful.
The waitress (older) first time rolled her eyes at me for my requests so i held off on reviewing as it would have been a negative. The second time another waitress was wonderful. So as long as you dont get grumpy old lady the place is great. I loved my omlette. Ill keep coming back.

Ample booth seating with additional seats at the bar. They had a very large menu that was a bit overwhelming offering a variety of foods including breakfast all day. We came at dinner time and were seated at a booth in the back. I found the food very average but portion sizes quite big. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap which included tomatoes and lettuce. It did not have much of a Caesar taste and the chicken reminded me of the quality of what you might get at subway. I asked for dressing on the side and dipped it, only ate half of it. The rest of my party had the lamb gyro, corned beef ruben with a side of fries, and a breakfast platter. The servers and staff were friendly, food was served quickly. Portion sizes were big, if I were to come again I think I would stick just with the breakfast.

Quality of food and service was a little disappointing. Menu was too large and not a lot of value in some of the piece. My soup was barley edible, side salad was uninspired, prime rib was fair (had to request horseradish), baked potato and carrots were meh, cake was decent but very questionable handle of cakes each time a slice is ordered. Would return but not sure I could recommend. Breakfast bacon and fake syrup were disappointing for a $16 price on the breakfast with no toast. Ceilings, walls, bathrooms and table booth could have all been cleaner.

This was my first time visiting, which was a recommendation from my sister. We set our to enjoy breakfast early this morning. Upon arrival, we were greeted pleasantly and was directed to sit wherever. We took our seats, and the server asked what we would like to drink. My sister asked for the pumpkin coffee, and I asked for mint tea. We received our beverages, but my sister was given regular coffee instead of pumpkin coffee. She didn’t say anything to avoid any potential issues. It took a little long before we were asked for our order. I ordered a Belgian Waffle with chicken fingers. The server never informed me that one of their waffle makers were not working, so we waited unreasonably longer for our food. My sister and I asked for a second coffee and tea, at which time I brought to the server’s attention my sister received the wrong coffee, and she shared she was unaware. Long story short, my sister finally received the correct coffee, but I never got my second cup of tea. In spite of all of this, I will say she did have, for the most part, a pleasant attitude except for the coffee situation. My sister is a regular customer here, but I am not and was not a good impression for my experience. However, I do understand people have off days, but I felt a little slighted because other customers came in after us and received more attention and faster service than we did. Again, everyone has off days. It’s just something to think about to ensure all customers receive the same treatment/attention.

I like the waitress and the other customers. She was extremely good at her job very fast she had the gift of gab and it seems like she was handling the whole restaurant with ease. Well let’s see my friend got a sandwich of some kind I think it was a tuna melt the reason I cannot remember very well is because my BLT was absolutely delicious and the coleslaw which I find to be very hard person to impress with coleslaw. This coleslaw was extraordinary. The price was nice it was very affordable and we got a lot of food. The atmosphere was pleasant in the other customers were nice people I enjoyed my time there very much.

Sat us at a tiny table, took 40 minutes to get the food we ordered, and when we got our food it was cold. They brought the check out pretty quick. The 40 minutes we waited for our food, people came, ate and left before we were served. Go to the Branford town house diner up the street. Better food, Better service.

We ended up stopping Sunday early afternoon because bee had stopped in the area to see the grandmother and wanted to take her out for a bite to eat. It was only 9 minutes from where she lives so we ended up stopping to get something to eat. The first thing is that the menus is very large and for hurry with a little bit overwhelming. And ironically the boy wanted biscuits and gravy and it wasn’t an option. Nevertheless he got the breakfast kids meal. I ended up ordering a chicken salad club and my girlfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The grandmother ordered eggs bacon and toast in a bowl of French onion soup. A server with a young man who was very polite and cordial. He fixed our issues with the soda which were flat without carbination. My one issue was that he disappeared for extended periods and we ran out of water and soda twice. The restaurant was not too busy that he should have been gone for 15 minutes without checking on us. Outside of that the food was delicious, the energy was good. We would definitely stop again.

Great food at a great price! We got there 15 minutes before they stopped taking dine-in customers, but they gladly seated us and didn’t rush us at all. The Christmas decorations were the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!

Their service and food quality is always very good. I always bring my mom here. One problem this time though which is why I lowered my score. We got there @ 2:55pm, we were handed the menus and the daily specials offered. My mom ordered the lunch special turkey and I ordered the twin burger with fries & coleslaw. Our waitress was very nice but then she came back to our table and said they couldn’t do my mom’s turkey special as our order was put in at 3:02pm. We got there at 2:55pm and we reviewed the menus. Apparently it was available until 3pm. REALLY?? 2 minutes?? Does the button disappear from the register?? I doubt it. Who made that decision, the waitress, the cooks or the Mgr?
My mom really wanted the turkey but settled for the stir fry instead. It was fine but not what she really wanted especially if we were handed those menus.I had the twin burger platter which was very good. The burger quality was fine and was cooked as I asked. The fries were good, golden brown and crispy. Mgmt may ” apologize” now with a reply but a better decision should’ve been made then not now, if I get a reply. The words dont mean much at this point unless a coupon discount is offered as a courtesy “make good” offer.
