Horrible management. Almost never a full menu. Changed extra for steak even though what was served was old! No other option besides pork and shredded beef. No fountain drinks. Asked the manager Travis to accommodate. He would rather argue than truly assist his customers. Pay full price for basically leftovers.

I enjoyed my experience at this chipotle. There was not a long wait and the food was very fresh. The environment was clean and seemed well kept. I will definitely be coming back to this location for another meal with friends and family! This is a great location for the college students to be able to walk to for some food that is somewhat nutritious.

Went to this location 2 hours before close and was out of lettuce, salsa, beans and other items. The staff was taking up the other food when we walked in. They looked at us like why are you here. We went down the road to the other Chipotle and they are great.

What I paid and asked for versus what I received what ridiculous. I was visiting Greensboro for work and decided to order chipotle for delivery. The bowl had no veggies and I asked for extra. The brisket was dry as if it was old and there was not extra rice as I asked for. Just a complete disappointment! If you are out of something contacting the customer and potentially canceling the order is better than giving them whatever you think is fine.

I stopped at the Tate Street location to pick up lunch around noon for me and two other people. The server told me they were out of chicken for that day, which I thought was ridiculous, so I ordered a burrito, a bowl, and two tacos all with steak. The steak was old and so tough that nobody could even chew it up enough to swallow it. I ended up giving mine to my dog, who couldn’t even eat it. My husband called to speak to the manger, and a woman told him that the manger was conducting an interview. He left the manager a message, but they never even bothered to call back. Extremely disappointed in this place

Be willing to take the L or pick another Chipotle. They’ve switched to “digital orders” only so you sit there waiting to order and they talk and chat to each other without giving you the courtesy of explaining that. Tables are filthy. They apparently have lots of time on their hands to chat and slowly do stuff but ignore obvious needs. Dang. Chips stale and queso usually thick like paste. Do better.

This location is on campus, been there for ages I place an online order to be delivered downtown where I live. Order is 50 minutes late on delivery. Apparently they are out of everything. You would think a CAMPUS location would have prepared for the students but no! I work night shift and they are unreliable. Now my break is over and I didnt get to eat. So now I need to wait until 4am?!?!?! This isn’t just a one time situation they are completely unreliable.
