I was astounded by the poor performance and quality of the Burger Fi in Lake Mary FL. TBH, I’ve had better food at both McDonald’s and Burger King….and this is extremely poor value considering the prices at Burger Fi.
Order was wrong, did not get cheese or bacon. Dab of mayo on each bun, and the smallest most pathetic piece of lettuce (shown in pic). Someone must have worked very hard to find such a small pc of lettuce! Isn’t lettuce one of the cheapest ingredients? Two pickles – really?!
Fries and Onion rings were disgusting, greasy, and limp. The bags were absolutely soaked from the excess grease (pictured). It tasted like the grease should have been changed out a week earlier.
IMHO, the cook staff and Manager should be disciplined and re-trained. There is no excuse for what I received other than pure incompetence and neglect. Seriously Burger Fi – wow!

it used to be a good place. Now it smells bad, automatic door is broken, everything is old, dirty shows no signs of maintenance, nobody rushes to pickup trash. It took 19 minutes to make a cheeseburger. And btw you are supposed to give tips at the counter before getting serviced

Paid extra for 3 sauces and we didn’t get any of them with our door dash order. The onion rings were floppy and under fried, not crispy in the slightest.
Edit: also paid extra for bacon and didn’t get that either. Your box says “no shortcuts, no excuses” – seems like this company likes to take both and scam people out of their money.

I ordered onion rings and the experience was disappointing. The onion would come out completely from the batter, leaving the fried coating empty on one side and the loose onion on the other, which made them hard to eat. The fries also came out burnt and dry.
For the price and the reputation of the place, I expected much more.

The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and made with high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. The fries are perfectly crispy, and the atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming. Our cashier London was very quick, helpful and friendly. This definitely made it a great spot for a casual meal that still feels a little elevated. Definitely a go-to for a solid, delicious burger!

First time visiting a BurgerFi restaurant, and I can say it won’t be my last. The food was good. Tried the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, fries with cheese sauce and parm and herb onion rings. Everything was really good. Burgers were just a tad dry, but other than that, a really good, fast experience. Pricing is reasonable. With drinks and food for 2, it was about $40. Alex, who took our order, was great as well. All in all, a very good first exposure to their casual dining establishment.
