No point in using the app for mobile orders. Showed up when my order was supposed to be ready and it hasn’t even been removed from the receipt printer. There were all of 3 other customers in the store, none of which were at the counter. But nothing was being done. Staff was very kind and helpful but the service itself leaves a bit to be desired. Ice cream was very good though

Adrienne went above and beyond to help me order a cake for my son’s birthday. I could not get my gift card to work online. I live out of state and needed the cake for the next day. She called her manager and figured out how to make the order work with multiple forms of payment over the phone. She was so helpful!

Offers smoothies on the menu, but they didn’t have ice to make one. However, the ice cream serving sizes and the quality cream was well above average. In fact the serving sizes were better than any I’ve ever had. I eat ice cream everywhere. Best ice cream for the buck.

Came her for the first time recently and it really wasn’t that bad. It’s a bit small of a location for how many people come inside so if you want to eat inside be careful of timing if they are busy. They make it in front of you and are relatively quick. I personally got the Germanchökolätekäke and it was really good. I would come back again to try another one.

Alright so I absolutely love Cold Stone’s ice cream, so I don’t feel like I can rate anything lower than a 3. However, this location needs some work. My husband and I went to get some ice cream on a date a couple of weeks ago and it was probably the most disappointing experience I’ve had at Coldstone. The service was incredibly slow. We got there when there was just two couples in front of us. One almost done being served. Before we even got to order, the line grew pretty long, and it didn’t happen all at once. The workers were going extremely slow and we could hear other workers just chatting in the back while one girl (eventually 2) did everything. It took us probably 30 minutes. To get our ice cream, which is insane when you enter the store pretty much 2nd in line.

We were also both super disappointed when we ordered our gotta have it and the girl didn’t scoop all of the ice cream into our cup. I understand there are probably rules about portions and not giving too much, but if they’re just going to throw away the extra, why not just include it? I wouldn’t have even minded if they asked me to pay a few cents for another cup to hold the extra or something, idk. It just really shows how little you value the customer experience when you’d rather throw away food rather than give it to your customer. Especially after the wait was so crazy long. Heaven forbid someone gets a little extra ice cream on accident. That speaks volumes.

Running a little bit late and I thought going to cold stone would be a little risky time wise. However, I was wrong. The member of the staff who helped me was running the whole place by herself but wasn’t stressed at all. Also, on top of all that she was very kind, smiley and happy to help. She was very good at her job and definitely deserves a raise. So if you go into this Coldstone ask for Bailey.

Walked in and none of the workers greeted us and made us stand there while they all talked together. There was no sanitation of the staff or materials, no gloves, hands brushing ice cream while they were snacking on their own stuff next to the rest of the ice cream. Their ice cream is always decent but I was really disappointed in the service and sanitation of the place and staff. Don’t know if I’d like to come again with all of that in mind.

When we have gone to cold stone in the past we have had “less” than friendly service from what appeared to be cranky staff. However when we went this most recent time, we agreed that this was some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. We were served by Blaine who was so happy, accommodating, and very friendly! So grateful for the kindness after a day ice cream was much needed.

I’ve been here twice this week. Both times Ive had issues. Both times tables were just dirty. When I stood up, the chair stuck for a half second, clinging to my jeans. Both times. Nasty.

Today, the second time, I came in to a long line. Maybe 15 people in line, total. One worker at the counter. I didn’t move for 10 minutes. Another customer politely asked if anyone else was taking orders. There were 4 more workers in the back chatting away. Six other customers left the store without ordering it took so long. That’s probably the only I got out in 25 minutes instead of 45.
