I never leave reviews but my service here was so horrible. I will never eat at this subway again. The staff need to be reevaluated. I ordered online for pickup and I guess the pregnate girl that works there thought it would be funny to put no meat and add only overloaded veggies- I plan on calling corporate, I had to take my 4month old back out into this weather in order to try to get it fixed. She said she couldn’t give me a refund, didn’t even tell me how to get one, then wouldn’t remake my food. This place is a joke.

This has been an issue for quite a time. I order a delivery and they refuse to send chips. I order them every time but at this point they owe me so many bags its close to a hundred dollars. I try to call the store but there’s never an answer. I call door dash they tell me to call the store. I just want my damn chips. I want to be compensated for what I’ve paid and never received, and you guys need to be more strict with your franchises never answering your phone as a business is unacceptable. Ive called at least 15 times now on different occasions and have never got an answer it would be hilarious if it wasn’t such an inconvenience. The food that we do end up getting is always good though.

Was putting an order through on the touch screen and ended up canceling the order because the screen had literally barely any options on it. Came inside to order instead, and the woman at the counter was extremely rude because she had already started making the sub…mind you I never paid for this sub nor did I confirm the order. She proceeds to get an attitude with me saying it’s their procedure to make whatever is on the screen even if it’s not paid for and canceled. Get better policies. Ended up not ordering anything due to her rudeness! Won’t come back!

Good service and clean. My sandwich was overly messy, as was my wife’s. No Diet Pepsi available from the fountain, which I only discovered after ordering, which was a big turn off. Happy they shifted to Pepsi products, but diet Pepsi should be a main feature. Pepsi Zero is yukky in my view and I won’t drink it.

I ordered a spicy Italian with double meat and double cheese, did not get the double meat or cheese. To top it off, they made my sandwich like a hotdog. It leaked all inside the bag and all of the toppings fell off of it.

2 out of the 3 past visits my sandwich has been messed up beyond repair. I keep giving them chances. But I’m done. How do you make a chicken bacon ranch sub with the wrong chicken and no bacon? If you’re thinking of spending your money here I strongly discourage it. You’ll get a pile of soggy garbage. Never giving them 12 dollars for a sandwich again.
How do you not put bacon on a sandwich with the word bacon in the title? Explain how it’s possible to mess that up? Laziness? Run out of bacon and couldn’t be bothered to make any? Make it make sense.

Absolutely atrocious…got a sandwich made of mayo but the mayo was only on the paper not the sandwich!! The hefty lady in there was very rude about it too throwing stuff around…then brang back our sandwiches and they had NO MAYO and hardly any toppings at all. Not going here again get better staff…
