Do not place a mobile app order at this location for breakfast! This is a 24hr McDonald’s that had me waiting outside for 15min despite me placing my order 10 minutes earlier via their McDonald’s App. A couple of employees looked right at me and didn’t say “one minute please” or anything. Plus they didn’t normally have the doors locked. So I left and requested a refund (Through their corporate number since nothing’s ever easy with them). And I’m never ordering from this Ogontz location again.

While the food here is consistently made well, the service has become abysmal over the past year. The team members will barely say a word to you, I’ve had items missing from my order numerous times, and it has become a miserable experience every time I’ve been there.
This used to be my favorite McDonald’s to go to in the area. They used to have a friendly staff, fairly fast service, and good food. Now the food is the last redeeming quality, and I’m starting to question if that’s worth it anymore.

I just want to thank the manager and gentlemen working the drive thru last night around 130am on Nov 9th. I had ice cream on my order forgetting they stop serving it at 10p. I expected nothing but the worse because of how I’ve been treated by that shift in the past. I was so wrong whomever the manager and worker were went above and beyond to make sure I got something else for my problems. Whomever the workers were should be compensated for their customer service skills.

Worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. My daughter’s food was ice cold, they kept our food behind the counter instead of at the pickup window. No one works the front and only 3 people were in the back so I had to literally step into the kitchen to get someone’s attention. They didn’t have the drinks ready, didn’t fill my fries all the way, gave me the wrong sized slushie, and didn’t give us the milk for the happy meal. I had to go back into the kitchen AGAIN just to get someone to pay attention to the people at the front. Id normally never do something like that, but good god, no one there gave a crap about the people actually in the mcdonalds. I will never go to this location again and I can’t suggest you do either.

I know doordash isn’t great but had to do two orders to get my food because the first had to be “remade” after 50 minutes of waiting. Then the second took another 30 minutes to get picked up. Tried calling the store to confirm it wasn’t an issue on doordash multiple times and they never picked up.

One morning on my way to work I purchased some breakfast food, sausage, egg, and cheese and cruel meal to pee inside. I ordered an orange juice from my drink when I got my order my orange juice had ice in it. I had to knock on the window to have my order revise as I pulled off to go on my way to work eat my hash brown when it came down to my sandwich I’ve bit into my sandwich. I had a very peculiar taste. Everyone knows that Mc griddle meal is very sweet and serve beef. The bun did not taste sweet. It taste very old and sour, and not to mention. It had nothing but egg and cheese on it no sausage.

This Mcdonald’s is terrible. Terrible service, they take forever to give you your food and they never answer the phone. I just ordered from them for a doordash order and gave my food away to some who was not my driver. They were not willing to answer the phone and didn’t even redo my order. It’s always something with them.

Claims to be open 24 hours yet happens to close randomly from 10pm-6am. Cashiers are also rude and ignore customers often. Don’t come here if you think no one else is open because they probably aren’t either.
