one customer ahead us, not warranty half hours wait time. they cited computer problem, but that’s not a good excuse, they can use the other checkout or restart the computer. or they can order whatever we need then do the computer entry later. the store manager, Daisy provided no apologize at all

I placed an online order e0 mins before. I get they tell me to come around . Then I waited fo15 minutes. I went inside and the manager told me that I had a big order which is why I placed it 30 minutes before . She went on to say that. The order only pulls up when I actually show up. Which made no sense because why place it online and not just order it when I get there. No apology for the wait ! Bad customer service and bad manager.

First timer.. absolutely awesome .. tried the spicy jalapeño chick sandwich and it was super good. Nice spicy with fresh jalapenos. Loved it . For about 6.5$ , it was really worth . I don’t like fries and drinks much . Hence didn’t order those . No service inside the restaurant. Had to stand in the long drive thro lines and wait for 10-15 mins to order .. after ordering it just took me 1-2 mins.. wish there was direct ordering inside the restaurant. Overall a good tasty food …

It’s a Wendy’s. I think the staff here is nicer than other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Liked the limited time Bacon Bourbon Burger. A nice tangy taste to the burger. Drive thru was quick in moving.

Everything was good at the South Plainfield Wendy’s … the drive up window line was long (but moved pretty quickly) so we went in instead … placed our order n we were out … wasn’t asked 10 times what we wanted > all of the condiments were out and replenished n the place was clean …

Customer service is poor! Workers will look at you and act like they do not see you standing there waiting to order. However it does make sense. , after seeing the manager just standing against the wall while being on her cellphone , she has no customer service skills , she did not speak or help one customer while being in there for 20 mins . Go elsewhere for better service !
