This is your standard Taco Bell. Nothing wild, nothing fancy, no chandeliers or Michelin stars hanging from the ceiling. Just a normal Taco Bell doing normal Taco Bell things.
However.
The guy that works the drive-thru window with the glasses? Absolute legend. A scholar. Possibly the last good man left in fast food.
Now for context, I hate drive-thru small talk. I don’t want to chat. I don’t want to discuss my day. I don’t want to build a relationship over a Crunchwrap Supreme. My ideal drive-thru interaction is a silent exchange like two spies passing classified documents. You hand me the bag, I hand you the card, we nod respectfully, and we both move on with our lives.
Mutual respect.
This man understands that. But somehow he still manages to make your day better every single time without forcing you into a conversation you didn’t ask for. I genuinely don’t know how he does it. Some people are just built different.
Sometimes me and my family will literally go there just to feel better and get a snack, because why not? Therapy is expensive but a Baja Blast and a pleasant human interaction is like $6.
Now I did remove one star because I recently tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas, and I would like to personally ask Taco Bell corporate what exactly possessed them to create that monstrosity. It tastes like someone described Taco Bell to a person who has never eaten food before and they just guessed.
Everyone involved in the creation of that item should probably be reassigned to a different department immediately.
However, that culinary crime is not the fault of this location, and the window guy with the glasses remains a hero.
4 stars. Would absolutely return for both tacos and emotional support.

A real person at the window at this location! At least as of the day if this review. Nice and fast service everything. Human interaction is important- we’re all apart of this world, aren’t we? I will be back the next time I need a quick fast food fix.

Ok I be honest most of the staff specifically the once’s on Sunday, are not bad, their no issues and they seem proficient, there was also another group which had this really kind manger, she was really kind, however before their used to be this group of workers that don’t give good customer service just throned all the items into the bag, but most of the staff here especially now during Sunday’s really are proficient, and keep all the items organized, if you ask me that shows how they care.

Went through the drive thru at 10PM. Ordered two soft taco supreme. Total cost was $6.26. Got home changed my clothes set down and pulled out the taco. Took a few bites and realized not only did it not have sour cream but it didn’t have tomatoes either. When I called the store and told her about the mix up her response was “So what do you want to do about it?” Not a sorry or nothing. Like I was bothering her for screwing up my order. Not happy with the food or the phone call.

The stocks are just laughing and doing things they are not supposed to do. We have been waiting here for 30 minutes and still they are not doing their work just laughing and giggling and burning food.

The food is decently good as expected from Taco Bell. The interior is usually clean and organized. The big turn off here is their practice of not taking orders at the register. Many elderly people are not familiar with touch pads and still prefer to order in person, but the staff turn them down and tell them to order at the kiosks.

Went this morning before a appointment and had the best service I’ve ever had at this location and any other Taco Bell in years. From the moment we pulled to the drive through the manager Tiffany was absolutely outstanding. Extremely polite, very quick service, and the food was fantastic! For the first time the cheese on the taco was actually melty….has never happened before. Food was so fresh and hot, highly approve and from now on I only want to go when Tiffany is their because when she is their, that place runs like a fine tuned machine. It’s a day and night difference when she isn’t their. Outstanding visit. Give Tiffany that store and with that expert level of customer service and care, that store will do a complete 180. I guarantee it

Ive been coming here for over 2 years even driving a bit farther than the taco bell closer to me since the service and food quality is much much higher. My biggest complaint is the far right self serve fountain drink pump is messed up and needs to be maintained. (This pump has the baja so very important)
