All employees from the ordering to the delivery was professional & friendly.
I was impressed that our food could have been commercial & magazine perfect which is rare to never with any fast food.
Order was correct!
Most locations in the area would benefit from training with this crew.

I was standing at the register. Waiting bunch of Spanish. People were talking talking talking making jokes. I was standing there. I asked the lady, excuse me, but can you help me? And nobody nobody listened to me. Nobody paid attention to me then. When the guy came up, I asked him, hey, you know I was here before the other people behind me? And he was getting all mad, the manager came out. And had a bad attitude. I called her on the phone a was worse on the phone. Tell him giving excuses there shouldn’t be no excuse without paying attention to your customers. 15 minutes waiting. I will never go back there again. I would advise everyone not to go back there again. Their customer service and their managers are really terrible. At the job they’re doing, they don’t care about customer service. Take care about moving the drive through fast.Instead of taking care of the customers in the front, it’s all about drive through.I would advise you guys never to go there

We are visiting Orlando and went through the drive thru for breakfast on our way home. They have super friendly staff, both at the drive thru speaker and at the window. Our order was correct and food was hot! Great job, McD!
