Ordered a quarter pound been waiting in car for 30 minutes just took these pics of the few cars in lot, and also the few in the McDonald’s . What ? They are not tending noone , clearly from management to the few lost works have no idea what they are doing . On top of the they took 6000 points I have redeemed for being a customer, and now I have to what an hours for it ?

So this McDonalds has great customer service, but unfortunately they seem to regularly be out of sauce and soda (BBQ/DrPepper) whenever I happen to go. Tonight I was surprised with burnt chicken nuggets covered in what appears to be mystery gristle from the fryer “yay just what I wanted” Safe to say I think it’s best if you just go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money like me..

I ordered a door dash. I never est McDonald’s cause I never like it but i wanted to give it another try. I asked for ni lettuce, extra sauce and an extra patty and it had lettuce and no extra patty. I also thought it was suppose to have an extra slice of cheese maybe im wrong tho. Also paid extra for sauce and didn’t get what i asked for. I feel like a karen but man i wish this place was better.

Went on 8/4/25 there is always something wrong with our order, today the oil was old so the fries were nasty and overcooked, not only that there was a hair in them, and a long hair in the quarter pounder we got! Do better McDonald’s…

I placed an order through the app, and then found out the store was closed. Instead of refunding my money or making good on the order, the employee basically just said, Tough, I can’t do anything about it.

I came back in the morning to try and get them to make good on it. I was told it takes 3 days to get refunded and was not offered anything to rectify the situation.

They close at weird times during the late night, early morning hours. Usually when I am very hungry and, during the evening, when I have to pee.

Went this afternoon and got my son a sweet tea and me a small strawberry banana smoothie before an appointment. They had me and 5 other cars pull over to wait for our orders. My son luckily got his tea, but after waiting 10 minutes for my smoothie I left so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. I dont live in sand springs just work there so I couldn’t go back tonight. I’ve tried calling 9 times starting at 4:13pm when I had to leave until now at 7pm to get this fixed and every time I call it disconnects. I’m really disappointed considering how frequent we stop there after school/work. Especially because the smoothies aren’t exactly cheap.

If I could give this nasty restaurant a -10, I would. We drove through Thursday night at 12:30 pm because we experienced multiple flight delays getting back to Oklahoma. We went through the drive through and asked if they could fix a Bacon Cheeseburger without onions and French fries. We asked if it could be freshly cooked and we didn’t mind the wait to cook it. I have a medical condition that affects me when I eat food that has set out. The young man said yes they could. We recieved our order after a bit of a wait which was making us hopeful for a fresh meal. As we drove away I opened the sack once we were on highway headed toward Stillwater. The burger meat wasn’t even warm and the fries were rubbery and cold. I called the store and a young girl answered. I told her how frustrated we were with the lack of care given our food and serving it fresh and hot. I told her they shouldn’t say they would serve something fresh if they can’t. She hung up on me. This is the WORST service and food we have ever recieved from a restaurant. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else. Maybe Corporate should give them a surprise visit late at night and see just what they’re paying their employees to do.

The cleanliness of the interior was poor. All the tables were dirty and not cleaned properly. When we placed our order, there was no table number tag on the order monitor which caused confusion. The staff did not refill our drinks and the tray they brought to our table had hair in it. It was very disappointing and unhygienic. There was a woman, who appeared to be a manager, in a blue shirt sitting behind our table and she was yelling at other staff members which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and due to the poor hygiene, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Went to get a big mac (no meal), 2 cheeseburgers (no meal) and a quarter pounder with cheese (no meal) and a sweet tea. Placed my order at 12:21am and 1 vehicle in front of me. Paid at 12:23am with no vehicles in front of me. I was greeted by the associate Carmen at the window and gave us our sweet tea. At 12:40 she came to the window and said, “We are just waiting on the quarter piunder, yes I was aggravated for waiting 20 min for the food because we didn’t even get meals but took over 20 min for our food. So I proceeded to ask, does the quarter pounder take 20 min is why its so long. Carmen proceeded to say yea it does and shuts the window with her little stank attitude. Watching through the window laughing about the conversation and told her co worker, “They are upset that they have to wait 20 min for there food” laughing. I always go here after a late game for my kids so they can eat, but after tonight, after her opening the window again to give us our food at 12:45am I asked her name, she then told me and closed the window in my face again. If Carmen is there, I will not go back. She is rude. While the whole time waiting on my quarter pounder with cheese, the rest of my food was cold. It was completely disrespectful and I dont appreciate it. No apologies, no courtesy, and no respect. I was respectful until I wasnt anymore after shutting the window in my face, and Mcdonalds is starting to go down hill. Carmen needs to learn respect before working the window.

This place sucks. Their customer service is poor and all their employees INCLUDING the management really need retraining. They need to fire everyone and get a whole new crew. I just went thru the drive thru and got the mcgriddle meal and AGAIN they forgot my hash brown last time they gave me the wrong sandwich and it’s so pathetic how shitty this business is I’d be embarrassed to work here. They just lost my business and my mom’s and sisters. Highly recommended to NOT go to!!!! I spend too much money to not get what I paid for.
