The Falafel was some of the best I have had. Crispy, and incredibly flavorful / seasoned. 10/10
The Kefta was super good as well. It came in rice, with a side of salad, and some fries.
The Hummus and the Grape leaves were made completely fresh. We got those as appetizers and were 100% worth it. They kept the bread coming as well and were very nice.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes Lebanese food or Middle Eastern cuisine. Reminded me and my family of home in Houston where we have tons of this type of food.
THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!
We’re going back soon.
The food blew us away – hands down the best Mediterranean in town. The meat was super flavorful and tender, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do.
Amazing food, even better people. Eli and his wife are the kind of owners you just want to support. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
Here, you can taste the best falafel in town (truly, the other “Lebanese” places in Jax are run by other ethnicities… no problem, but just different taste) — I had the amazingly fresh Fattoush salad (parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers) and my bf the Shish Tawook sandwich. My bf usually only orders one thing: Chicken Shawarma. Trust me me when I say the Tawook is now his fav shawarma in all of Jacksonville (we’ve tried them ALL).
Listen to the owner’s story… he will tell you he once catered food for the Big Bang Theory cast ❗️
There is a fat calico cat they feed outside and she was so cute. Reminded me of the Middle East.
Wallah all you need to know
Not a ton of dining space inside – but more than enough!
The food? Oh my heavenly stars the best I’ve had in at least 20 years if not longer the falafel? Fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh the flavor to die for.
It also came with fries or a small side salad – the fries are not gluten-free
The individual who took our order maybe he’s the owner? I don’t know, but what a very very pleasant individual – understood that I needed gluten-free and made sure everything was perfect.
Great price, large portions, amazing flavor, and service. What more could you ask for? Nothing !!
P.S. The place is very clean and the music provides a pleasant atmosphere. And they don’t freeze you with the AC like most places in Jacksonville lol
Having traveled extensively around the world and sampled Mediterranean food across countless regions, it is rare to find a place that truly captures the authenticity, balance, and integrity of the cuisine. This establishment is the exception. Every dish reflects a deep respect for tradition, quality ingredients, and precise execution.
Equally noteworthy is the hospitality. The staff operates with a level of warmth and attentiveness that is increasingly uncommon. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed not merely as a guest, but as family. Their professionalism is matched by genuine care, creating an experience that is both elevated and deeply personal.
In my experience, it is the only place that delivers Mediterranean food exactly as it’s meant to be — authentic, refined, and consistently exceptional.
