We were seated as soon as we entered the building. Families and couples were accommodated and it wasn’t too busy or loud. If you’re looking for a more intimate setting then this place is not for you. Our server was very professional and although we had a bit of a wait, the garlic shrimp entree with the bread was delicious but could be a tad bit hotter. I had the chicken Alfredo and it needed a bit more sauce but the chicken was flavorful. My bf had blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli and he cleaned his plate! Dessert was a salted caramel cookie with ice cream. It was a bit sweeter than expected but it was good. This was my first time there and I look forward to returning for brunch!

We stopped in just for drinks & dessert. Gilbert was wonderful! He was very friendly with our table & everyone around us. We even watched him raise the table next to us to accommodate a tall person in wheelchair by stacking a bunch of coasters. He showed that he cares about customer satisfaction & is an asset to the restaurant! Our pizookie trio was fabulous & drinks were delicious. Not our first time & we will be back.

Located on the main road in Harbison there was plenty of parking in their giant parking lot.
Walking through some massive rotating doors the atmosphere of this place was a nice mix of industrial and sporty decor. Wet your whistle at the in house bar! They have an extensive selection of beer on tap to choose from while you watch the game on one of the many TV screens. As for the food, I definitely found my new favorite late night desert spot. Those Pizookies were worth the hype, especially the new S’mores Pizookie. If you’re not there for just desert the rest of their extensive menu will definitely have something affordable you will like. Will definitely be coming back!

Food was okay, I think it’s overpriced for what you get. Salad came out WITH meal rather than before which was weird and had to eat salmon before salad so it didn’t get cold. The do have good dinner specials where you can get a dessert with it. Waiter was great, on top of drink refills without having to be asked. Atmosphere itself is cold (and so is the temp!), oddly quiet and uncomfortable.

Matt at the BJ’s in Harbison, SC was fantastic! He had a great attitude from the moment we walked up and kept the whole experience fun with his sense of humor. You can tell he really knows his stuff when it comes to beer and liquor — he gave great recommendations and explained things in a way that made it easy to try something new. Customer service like that really stands out. Five stars for Matt!

My business partner and I met here for lunch and I must say it was a great experience. I’ve been here before but it’s been awhile. You know from what I can remember it was great then. But today our server was wonderful. She was attentive and funny. The food was great. I had the chicken sandwich and my business partner had the burger and it was wonderful. And also we had mozzarella sticks for appetizers and they were probably some of the best mozzarella sticks I’ve had. I am kind of a mozzarella cheese stick snob I will definitely be back soon for maybe dinner or something when I’m in the area.

The staff at BJ’s were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, which we really appreciated. The menu offers plenty of choices, and while some dishes stood out more than others, overall it was a solid meal. A good spot for a casual night out with great service.

Well… it was a good ride while it lasted.
I’ve been going to BJ’s since it opened here in Columbia. For years it was a dependable spot—good food, solid service, and an atmosphere that made it genuinely enjoyable to visit. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case for quite a while now.
BJ’s really seemed to suffer during the pandemic, and in my experience it never fully recovered. Since things returned to normal, I’ve only been a handful of times, and each visit has been progressively worse—while prices have continued to climb.
Last night will likely be my final visit. We were seated without cutlery and had to ask someone other than our server because he was rarely around. My drink never arrived; I was simply given a glass of water. The wait for food was over 30 minutes, and when it finally came out it was cold and lacked flavor. After that, it took an unusually long time to get desserts and the check. We were seated at 6:35 PM and didn’t leave until 9:00 PM.
I truly wish the staff and the business well, but I don’t plan to spend my hard-earned money here anymore.

Went on Saturday at 4 and it wasn’t too bad..I got ribs and fries. The fries were cold but the ribs were good. Our server Tiffany was phenomenal. Even with her other tables, she made sure to check on us and make sure we were OK. The only problem was she forgot to use my coupon so I had to pay the regular price..
