Sadly disappointed, had high hopes and have always wanted to dine here! We came an a Sunday afternoon around 2 pm and was seated quickly. Took ten minutes for our waiter to even acknowledge us, received are drinks. Waited another 10 minutes for him to come back and take our order and tried to walk away mid ordering. Ordered an appetizer of three different items (loaded fries, onion rings and the coconut shrimp) fairly ok. Order the French dip, and 2 steaks one medium and one medium rare, both came out only half cooked on one side. The wedge salad tho was pretty good! Sweet yam as a side with just regular butter, came out with the cinnamon butter and quickly revived another that was overcooked and not so great. The French dip was very bland. Terrible service. Terrible food. And $75 down the drain. Our server was an older gentleman with a manger name tag and if that was my manger I would be highly disappointed in my staff if that’s what I have for authority figure of my restaurant.

Much better experience this time around than when I came last year for my uncles birthday. The service was good, food came out a bit slow… my only complaint is that my Cowboy burger was suppose to come with Swiss cheese but it had American cheese, was disappointing but what do you do.

We hosted a dinner for 60 people at Ruby River Steakhouse to celebrate my grandparents 65th wedding anniversary and the entire experience was exceptional. Coordinating a group of this size is no small task and they handled it flawlessly from start to finish.
The menu was outstanding with something for everyone from salmon and prime rib to filet mignon and a genuinely excellent vegetarian option. Every dish was prepared beautifully and served efficiently which kept the evening moving without ever feeling rushed.
When we realized mid event that we would need a microphone to address the room the staff immediately accommodated us without hesitation. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes. The details truly mattered here and the team went above and beyond to make our family celebration seamless and memorable.
Special thanks to Kayla Reza and Teresa whose care and professionalism made the night possible. We could not have asked for a better setting for such a meaningful milestone.

We ordered a bacon wrapped peppered sirloin medium. It came out well done. We had it sent back and asked that it be cooked medium. When the new steak came back it was totally raw in the middle and had a hard burnt crust on the outside. We have never had such an experience here before.

Everything was 5 star at the Riverdale Utah Ruby River Steak House. They went above and beyond to host our birthday celebration! A big shout out to Martin and Marley who worked with us to make it a success! Kudos to our servers who made sure all was ready, and delivered our food cheerfully and efficiently considering the size of our party! The food was delicious! I would recommend Ruby River for all your special events!

Good and service was amazing! Everything was hot and fresh made to order! Our server was super nice and made sure our drinks were always full! We came without a reservation on a weekend, and when we arrived we were immediately seated! They have plenty of parking spots to choose from! Will be coming back!

Went here for a birthday dinner. Called ahead and made a reservation for a party of 10quickly got sat and our drink orders taken. Ordered two appetizers one came out ice cold sent it back
Ordered a 12 oz prime rib that came out completely covered in ground horseradish after stating to leave it off and ice cold to the touch.
Ordered a filet that came out and was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. With a side of asparagus that the butter wouldn’t even melt it was so cold.
Ordered a sirloin that was even saltier than the filet and ice cold
Ordered a ribeye that was so salty no one would eat it and ice cold.
Got two sides of loaded baked potato’s all came out cold. Our server sent the manager out and she stated she would take some off the bill for the inconvenience. Got our checks with nothing discounted at all. Out of 10 meals only the kids meals were even edible. Took 30 mins for our server to comeback with the check and only discounted one thing. Waited another 30 mins to get our final check.
Very disappointed. Took a 3 hour dinner and 90% of the table left hungry.

We had a truly terrible experience with this visit tonight. We usually love ruby river but the service was extremely poor. The waitress was taking care of about 7-8 tables while the rest of the staff was at the bar standing around and laughing. The bus boy was walking around on his phone. As the tables surrounding us emptied, the waitress ultimately had to be the one to finally clean a few of them after 20+ minutes. There is absolutely no reason why things shouldn’t have been tidied up. The restaurant was basically empty. The prime rib was 1/3 full of fat. The only good part of our visit was the fried pickles. The stairs need some major work done to prevent someone getting hurt. We will never return. I hope the server was the only one who benefited from our tip. The owners need to do some serious reconsidering of their management.

We had a reservation for a group of 11. Upon arrival we were seated quickly. That’s where the good service ended. Our poor waitress was serving our table plus 2 other tables. She was clearly overwhelmed. She took our orders, but then we didn’t see her again for about 45 minutes. We never received bread during that time, so I finally tracked her down and asked for some. After about an hour, our food finally came out. Most everyone’s food was room temp or cold. I do not blame the waitress. She should have had more help. She was also bussing the tables she was serving.
With the price of the meals, the slow service, and the cold food I would rate this as a two star. Side note: the stairs from the parking lot to the restaurant were very sketchy. I emailed the restaurant about the situation and got no reply.

We really appreciated the customer service everyone was super friendly and shoutout to our server Heather for being so helpful. The garlic sirloin was was really flavorful, the mashed potatoes and the fries were really yummy. Will be coming back!
