It was a McDonald’s on Sunday at lunch time. Starting outside the entrance is not very handicap accessible with the driveway having a pretty steep slope, crossing the drive-thru lane. They had at least one no-show employee so they were understaffed. The one cash register open froze midway through our order so we had to stand around for 5 minutes or so waiting for it to reboot. All the staff we came in contact with were super nice when you could get a hold of them. They were definitely catering to the drive-thru faster than the inside. A couple of items were missing from our order which they corrected. People were waiting upwards of 20 minutes for their order. Sadly at $75 to feed a family of six, for $10 more I probably could have gone to a much nicer restaurant, sat down and had been served. People are more willing to deal with delays when the prices are family friendly. The restrooms were fairly clean. The kitchen on the other hand needed some TLC! Nuggets on the floor at the end of the line, The whole place looked like it could use a good degreasing. Sadly all of this comes down to poor management and staffing.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was too busy chatting instead of taking orders, which led to an unnecessarily long wait time. When I finally received my Crispy Deluxe Sandwich, it was not packed properly, making it messy and inconvenient to eat. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve efficiency and customer care. Definitely not the experience I expected from McDonald’s.

Facility was clean. Ordered on the Kiosk as registers were unmanned, so food was paid for and assumed what we ordered was available. We waited 10 minutes for two drinks and 2 apple pies, was then told they didn’t have any apple pies made and asked if we would accept a substitute, Meanwhile there were 5 young workers standing around talking in the kitchen. Sadly we have experienced similar situations at most McDonald’s we have gone to lately as we travel. If you want to keep our business McDonald’s you’re going to have to do better.

I waited, along with many other people. No one ever came to the register to take our order. The lady beside me said she was going to go to the drive through instead. I was thinking about doing the same, but the line snaked all the way around the building. Needless to say, we went elsewhere. We were there at 11:15 am.

No paper towels for drying your hands in cold water and the temperature outside its 31°. It would be nice to be able to wash your hands in warm water epically if there’s not any napkins to be found & the hand dryer blows cold air..

Not impressed. Food is never what you ordered and it’s usually cold. The place is very dirty as well. Ownership should spend more time here to turn this place around. I will not be back.

I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s in my life, but have never been compelled to leave a review. That changed this morning. The service was extremely fast, surprisingly clean, and the staff was freaking awesome. Never had anyone ever bring me out a refill before. Will definitely stop here again on trips to and from Nashville.

I got food delivered and they left out a whole meal. When I called about it, the lady was so rude to me and was very disrespectful to me about the whole situation. You spend too much money to not get your food.
