I came in at 8:12 PM 3/4/26 and a young man was sweeping the floor. Mind you he had tissue stuffed in both nostrils. He asked was I picking up or placing. I said no I was placing an order. He sighed and immediately changed his demeanor. He had an immediate attitude because I wanted to place an order (the restaurant was empty so I guess he didn’t feel like working). His attitude prompted me to leave and not order. As long as he is working, I won’t be ordering. Lazy and rude workers!

Very rude — the gentleman with the dreadlocks.
The only reason I’m leaving this review is because I own a restaurant myself, and I know that the person who receives these notifications cares about this establishment and has the ability to make changes. I’m confident this person can educate and train staff on being pleasant, accommodating, and providing good customer service—especially to those who are spending their hard-earned money here.
That said, the older, slender gentleman was very nice and welcoming, which helped make up for much of the dissatisfaction. He did an excellent job.

Ordered $50 worth of food, a Philly, a pizza sub and some bread stix and fries…. Husband said his sandwich was terrible but ate it simply because he was hungry, pizza sub was mine and it doesn’t even taste like pizza not enough sauce or meat. Cheese bread was not very cheesy and cheese that was on it wasn’t melted…. Cook was very nice and pleasant no complaints with employees just the food wasn’t what we expected especially since it was our first time eating there.

Food was tasty and the service was great. They make a mistake on 2 of my sandwiches, but fixed them WITHOUT giving attitude or the 3rd degree. They even added an extra fry for the inconvenience. It’s hard has hell to find this level of professional in the food industry these days, and I so appreciate the exemplary service.

When I walked in there was a sandwich on the grill that was literally burning up. I ordered a hot Italian sandwich with turkey instead of ham, no onions and requested the ghost pepper cheese. I got the burned up meat off the grill, with ham no turkey no ghost pepper cheese and all the onions. The young man was on his phone talking to someone in his headphones, but every time I got especially in the evening everything is never right. I am good on coming I will take the ride to the other location further out.

I ordered an Italian sandwich for lunch with no mayo. When I got back to work and went to eat the sandwich it was covered with mayo, so much so that I couldn’t eat it. I decided to give them another try as mistakes do happen. My two kids and I placed a carry out order. The guy was very rude over the phone as I have picky eaters so we opted to have most of the toppings removed. The 2 Italian sandwiches that we got had so much mustard they were inedible. The teriyaki sandwich that we ordered had no chicken at all it was just ham and salami slathered with mayonnaise. The Bellevue location is so good and the customer service is great. I will not be returning to the Madison location.

I went to Penn station located at 142 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115. I walked in the store ,head to the bathroom and there was immediate rudeness from the manager Karina. She rudely stated that the bathroom was customer only ,I said to her I’m ordering just washing my hands 1st. I came back out ,ordered. The young woman taking my order ,her shirt was completely unkempt and covered in what appeared to be animal hair. I decided to ignore it until she started handling my food. I did not know her name, I decided to ask her ,her name and let her know it’s not sanitary to come to work unkempt and handle people’s food. A animal hair could have ended up in my food. Something I paid for and had to consume. But instead she refused to let me know her name (just to properly address her) stating that their policies allow them to refuse to identify themselves. I Just went and requested a refund, the manager Karina asked why. I stated that the customer service was horrible and her worker was unkempt/unsanitary. I took a picture of the front of the establishment and the manager came up to MY CAR AND HARASSED ME!! THREATENING ME WITH THE POLICE, TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME…CALLING MY RELIGIOUS HEADWRAP A “RAG” Do not eat here!! They are rude,hostile,they discriminate against peoples religious attire.

I ordered two sandwiches after making my sandwich it sat there on the counter I finally said what about my sandwich it took him 10 minutes later he finished my sandwich and I didn’t give me my French fries the place was busy butt I was the second one in the door one person in front of me . 6 people behind me two people working .
