Want your waiter to finesse your bill so you pay more in tip percentage? GO HERE!
Trust me, if you want to add anything on the menu that would be considered “adding cost or toppings” you’re gonna walk out spending almost $70 for two people and that isn’t including tip… not only that but I’ve never been handed a BLANK receipt from a restaurant that didn’t include the breakdown of what I’m paying for… turns out their $4.29 hot chocolate isn’t a thing cause they said the $6.20 hot chocolate is the only option they have. Honestly this place is shady. They only gave me the correct receipt after I asked what am I paying for?

Gluten free pancakes are thin and not worth the price. I asked for better pancakes which they are very capable of doing and was charged $10 for it. At that point I’ll just make them at home if it’s that difficult for them to make some decent gluten free pancakes.

Very quiet and food was delicious. However, due to the lack of responsiveness from the server to inform us he is the only one on staff besides the cook. Order placement was abnormally delayed. At this point we were somewhat miffed until he finally came to the table notified us he was the only one there, just started his shift, and then apologized. I even forgot to tell him it was my birthday :(. Asked for food and drinks to go. When I got the bill was even more surprised at the price.

My husband always thinks IHop pancakes are the best. Today our food was great but the manager, Carrie was exceptional. She was respectful and encouraging to all the staff, helping whenever she saw an opportunity to pitch in. Our server agreed, she is a very hard worker and makes everyone comfortable and welcome. Love seeing employees happy and treated well!!!

We had an amazing meal & service! I feel bad I was too tired to remember our server’s name, but we were in at about 4am on Mon. Everything was so comfy and was really what we needed after a stressful weekend. Our server made us fresh coffee to go even!! I had the spicy poblano omelette which wasn’t too spicy at all. It was so fluffy and delicious! The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside. We definitely recommend y’all come get a cozy meal with friendly & caring service♡♡♡

I went with my wife to this location around 4 believing it would be a wonderful breakfast stop from our journey from Texas. We came in and got a table relatively quickly but I will say after our order was taken the server was very hesitant on refills on both our drinks my wife didn’t even receive a refill and I only received 1 she wasn’t very attentive but I decided to tip decently regardless a total of $7.13 which brought my total to around 46 dollars (45 and some change because I did 7 because the tip additional to the $38) later today I go to check our account it seems that I was overcharged to a total of $47.71.

I usually enjoy dining at IHOP, but my recent experience at this particular location was incredibly disappointing.
Service-wise, it was a mixed bag. To be fair, the servers were friendly and amazing and trying their best under what seemed like chaotic circumstances. Shout-out to the servers, you guys were the one bright spot during our visit. Unfortunately, the management seemed disorganized and disengaged. The biggest issue, however, was the manager, Carrie. Her dismissive tone and lack of accountability only made situations worse. It’s disappointing to see someone in a leadership role treat customers and even her own staff with such a lack of respect. This location has potential, especially with good servers on the team. But unless management seriously improves, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

It was easy to get to, plenty of parking, no waiting for a table (I’m sure there are waits for normally busy times, Sundays, and holidays), greeted immediately, and had a great, hardworking, fast server, “Mattie.”
The food came out in a normal amount of time for this type of restaurant. I had an omelette, and it was great! The pancakes were great, too. And, when I was expecting medium to bad coffee (like many “coffee shops”), it turned out to be very good, and about the best I’ve had, other than exclusive coffee-only shops, which cost twice as much. The menu prices weren’t cheap, but in the range of what you can expect for a sit-down meal with good or better table service. Highly recommended!
