I went here last night (2/20/26) and there was only one employee. It was pretty busy but the employee was so calm and welcoming. Taking order and making everything with no stress. She did not slop my order together under pressure. I got the s’mores rolled ice cream and it looked so perfect and professional. It was delicious!! Shout out to that amazing employee!!

This is usually our family’s regular sat sugary cheat treat for the kids. Decided to come in on a week day due to the hectic schedule for the holidays and we had not been in for a while. Our regular girl wasn’t working. Not sure who this person was. We ordered two drinks but had our coupon stamp card filled for a free third drink. The two drinks for my girls were bubble teas. They did not have the chewy boba in stock and when we received the teas there was zero sweetness to them, just iced milk. I asked if sweetness could be added and was told that the company was phasing out the tea drinks so they did not have any syrup to make them sweet. I asked if a fruit puree could be added to them for a bit of sweetness since this was their dessert after dinner and I was ignored as if I had sent spoken at all. I suggested that perhaps they could be traded out for a smoothie instead and was ignored again. I finally asked for a refund on the two drinks since I had been standing there for quite some time without acknowledgment and was then told that only one would be refunded since I had received the third drink free. I gave up at that point and took the single drink refund. Not sure what happened with this situation. Hope it was just a fluke.

Cute atmosphere and the flavors are super yummy. You get a decent amount of ice cream for the prices too! This will be a regular stop whenever we’re in town.

Great ice cream but… Very slow and depressing service all the fruits are so not fresh and even the frozen ones look bad! You talking to the girl and she’s not hearing and keep asking what…what…The girl took forever and then another one came in while making our ice cream they started chatting and I’m hello can you let me go …. She’s … I have been working here for over 10 months and you need to let it stay for a few minutes yes right go to freezing moo they will train you. Owner … You definitely need to start hiring someone else this service was terrible we will definitely not be back sorry

My family recently relocated back to the northland. We are a family that loves ice cream and stumbled upon Just Chill! We loved the experience and environment so much the first time that we had to go back several times. Each time it’s very welcoming, clean, and the staff is very professional. Today we had the privilege to meet the owner who is just amazing. He even drew this fun pac man on my daughter’s rolled ice cream. We love it here and highly recommend anyone to try it out!

Never had rolled ice cream before and I was not disappointed! I got the monkey business and it was delicious! My boyfriend got the strawberry cheesecake and it was awesome! It was pretty cheap for two rolled ice creams and you get what you pay for!!!!!

I have 3 stars on service because it took a wile to get our ice cream. To be fair they were really busy though. I love rolled ice cream and just chill is a great place. The staff didn’t interact with my kids even though the kids were extremely excited to see their Ice cream being made.

It was 23 minutes from when we finished paying to when we got our first item. 31 minutes to when we got our third and final item. The store was not that busy, but we never saw the man who had taken our order actually making any food items. Others also stated they had waited that long. They were telling others that entered to go somewhere else because the wait was so long. It’s unfortunate, because we love dragonfly and would love to support a similar small business!! Also, this place does not offer the same square option with your phone number for discounts. Ah well… I hate to think how slow they’ll be when the weather isn’t 8 degrees outside!!
