As you see, my JUMBO Z Ravioli are shimmery, but lack lustrt. They’re as flat a pancakes.
The Italian salad was good & the other food “meh” even after arriving home I had to add some love.
Maybe that’s what’s missing here.
The ambiance is one of love, but every time I go I’m packed full of apologies.
Once, was the wrong food. Another, the food never arrived & the Mngr took over, and Once the wait staff never returned & even the team of host couldn’t find them.
Would I recommend? Sure
Would I return? I do, but annually vs mthly. Enjoy

Went to one of our favorite lunch spots after church yesterday. Our waitress was phenomenal! Service was quick and efficient! However, how, as an Italian restaurant, run out of meatballs? And no zucchini? How do you not have lasagna ready? How do you not degrease your soup before serving? The house salads that were ordered were not very good. The dressing tasted as though it had been watered down! My steak Marsala was tough as leather and my sausage lentil soup was mostly floating grease!I had to degrease my soup before I could try to eat it! YUCK! Carrabba’s you are better than this!! DO BETTER!

Carabbas has stepped up their game. We had dinner there last night. I ordered a lemon drop martini and it was delicious. My friend ordered a glass of wine that was served with a mini charcuterrie. I had Lamb Chops (a seasonal special) and my friend had the Filet Mignon. The Lamb Chop came with a mint/au jus and was exceptional My friend’s filet was tender and cooked perfectly. The entre comes with a choice of soup or salad, and two sides. The salads were cold and crisp. My asparagus and mashed potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Good service as well.

We have visited different Carrabba’s locations, the food is always good as well as the service. In this particular location, there’s a server who makes it special. Ryan takes very good care of all his patrons. He is very kind, proactive, professional, and pays attention to detail. I was super thirsty and I was drinking a lot of water, my glass was never empty despite not being full for long. He knows how to provide excellent customer service. He made our lunch a lot more enjoyable.

We had a great lunch here. Sam was our waiter and he was really awesome energy and took great care of my wife and I after a long day of travel. The manager was great as well. Really made our experience great. We will be back!

Jackie was a wonderful server, conversationalist, employee. Even the friendly bearded manager thinks highly of him.
Jackie was great to listen to our laughter and conversations! He was quick to join in and talk to us as we asked him questions!
We will definitely ask for Jackie again on our next visit! Oh and he was so polite and professional!!

All around, this was a good meal. The atmosphere was nice, cozy, the kind of place you would want to go on a date or take your wife out for a nice meal. I have the veal marsala and it was very good but so was the Soup, I would definitely come back here again for another meal. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was professional, but friendly. Management was on the floor speaking to the guest and it made you feel very welcome there.

Made a reservation for 2 for 7:15 on Valentine’s Day, when I arrived I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes and I politely agreed and also understood why since it’s a busy holiday for restaurants; however after waiting the additional time I went to check in and was still 10 spots down the list which is absurd honestly. They might as well not allow reservations on busy nights like this if they can’t even remotely come close to honoring them. It’s a good thing I didn’t have a date planned and was just trying to eat alone, would’ve made the ordeal even worse.
