We walked to the restaurant from the comfort inn. What a great experience, tasty food and well portioned. Service was friendly, happy and attentive and the space was comfortable. They even have a buffet if you feel like indulging. Definitely try this restaurant !

It’s really difficult to find a place where they get EVERYTHING right, but these people actually did! The bathroom floors are impeccable! The server was very professional and very kind, genuinely! The food came out in a timely manner. The portions are huge! If you eat normal portions and don’t have a habit of eating large portions, you will get two meals out of it. I, personally ate there for my first meal and had two servings of leftovers the rest of the day. My husband had a second meal from his leftovers. The drink portions are a good size and they made them just right, just enough tequila, lime and syrup portions, my margarita was ideal, delicious and pretty!
The normal “American” Mexican food you’re used to is not what this is. This is an authentic Mexican restaurant, which means that their guacamole is not mild, it’s medium for occasional spicy food eaters, but really spicy if you do not eat hot food. So, make sure to check the heat levels in your food order if you’re sensitive to strong flavors. We enjoyed them, but it was definitely a surprise.

Stopped by while traveling from TN to NC. Everything that we had was delicious. This was easily some of the best Mexican food that I’ve head. Chips, salsa, cheese dip, and bean dip were all great. We ordered the lunch portion chimichanga and lunch chicken fajitas and both were great. Service was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. We will definitely make this a regular stop when traveling to NC or TN mountains.

Do not eat here!!! I ordered a taco salad, my husband ordered nachos. Both dishes had a pool of some kind of liquid at the bottom. When I showed the waitress she said it was because of the meat. I told her that we eat these meals all of the time and they never had liquid in them. I took one tiny bite before I noticed the water. We told them that we would pay for our drinks. They charged us for our drinks and my taco salad. I told her that I only took one little bite. She said that there was hardly any lettuce left. I said that’s how it came. She said her manager said to charge for the salad. I said a few choice words and we left. I told her that I will be leaving a review.

We didn’t really want to like this place because we are pretty hard core Las Salsas fans. But we were sat quickly on a Saturday night… drink orders were taken fast and food was out very quickly. Restaurant seemed clean. Decor is nice. Drinks were good. Red salsa and bean dip and chips good. The only thing we didn’t like was the tortillas on the tacos were a bit greasy…and the green salsa was not spicy at all. Like the jalapeños were forgotten about – not spicy. But this wasn’t enough to mark it to a 4. Will be most likely be back

We had a great experience here! The decor and atmosphere is authentic as is the food! They have a big menu with a lot of choices and I chose the Fajita Seafood Tropicale. It comes out in a pineapple, loaded with seafood and veggies, fun and delicious! All of us enjoyed our meals. You can tell they care about taste and presentation. Their salsa is amazing! I am looking forward to returning for the cactus! Our server was great; friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

This is a new establishment in Morganton and not very crowed, but just wait until the word gets out!!!
The food was delicious, hot and served very quickly.
I got the basic taco salad. The shell was obviously made onsite and was light and crispy but held up well to the very generous salad, beef, and toppings.

We got the all you can buffet. For the price, there’s not much else you could ask for. Everything tasted great and they had a pretty good variety. We’ll definitely be back.
