As a surprise my girlfriend scheduled up a surprise birthday party at The Velvet Room Speakeasy! It was a grand success and we got dressed up and had an exceptional time. The food was perfect for the establishment, we had the chicken pesto flatbread and a charcuterie board. Also had some craft cocktails with a menu that featured a stack of the classics! We were lucky that the night we had reserved there was an amazing duo playing music and taking the vibe to the next level. Service was great and complimented the dim lit atmosphere where we lounged for the evening. Will definitely be back and recommend you to start planning your trip out!

This place is amazing !! Absolutely must if you come to town or live here. The atmosphere is the best. Drinks are superb and everything is made from scratch. What they don’t import from Italy is fresh from the farm, and organic. The owner Daniel is the nicest guy and will tell you his story. Here for the 2nd time !!

Had an incredible experience at The Velvet Room Speakeasy & Wine Bar in Murfreesboro, TN! The atmosphere is classy, relaxed, and unlike anywhere else in town — think upscale cocktail lounge meets speakeasy. The drinks were expertly made (seriously, best old fashioned I’ve had in years) and the finger foods were amazing — they even import over 70% of their ingredients directly from Italy, including the bread!

I would have to agree with Brian below. I value the vibes at places for my blog. Had been at a wine place before this on the square, such fun, nice people, this one was very dry, ignored you. Atmosphere and drink great, even though mainly empty, but staff not so much. The lady at the end was super nice and asked if I wanted a refund as she saw the drink wasn’t really consumed.

Absolutely stunning, the Food & Cocktails were delicious and went down well. It was the perfect date night. It’s encouraged to limit your time on your phone and socialize which was awesome because we met some great people. We will be back and hope to share this experience with loved ones.
