I ordered a cheesesteak,chicken parm sub,fries with cheese and mozzarella sticks. Food was done and delivered in 21 mins. Cheesesteak was half raw ,Parm sub was chewy not even cooked fully,the fries were freezer burnt and not even fully cooked the only thing done right was the mozzarella sticks. I am sick now and so is my girlfriend with diarrhea and vomiting. The were extremely rude on the phone hung up on us when we asked how long and the delivery driver seemed to be dazed and confused like they were on drugs.$35 to just get sick . Place is a joke not the same anymore like it used to be

I spent 70 dollars and they couldn’t even get my oder right and when I called back and said about my one sub was completely wrong they got rude and ignorant and said we’ll we need the sub back I didn’t have a problem giving the sub back I will never order from here ever again. I love their Pizza, it is the best around, but I saw a friend that ordered a ham and cheese hoagie and it looked so good she gave me a piece. A week later I ordered one and I was totally DISAPPOINTED with it. There was 5 pieces of very thick slices of ham, and very little cheese. NO TOMATO, LETTUCE, MAYO. NOTHING BUT THE HAM AND CHEESE. My friend said they ask what you want on them when you order them. I DIDN’T KNOW AND THEY DID NOT ASK. THE MENU DOES NOT say that. But again they do have the best pizza in town.

I really enjoy this place. They have fast delivery and friendly people. Never had any issues here lovely strombollis/calzones. They make the best ever garlic knots although you wont see it on the menu just ask. No issies overall except right now i been calling the last hour or so and i think the phones off the hook. I don’t mind waiting for my food or having to pick it up but jeez let me put my order in. I just wanna feed the kids some comforting pizza for the weekend takeout.

This is twice in a row since they closed for renovations that my family has gotten extremelyiI’ll from the food. There’s no coincidence here. used to be my go to spot because the food has been good. It’s always been hit or miss over the years. Sometimes u get a burnt pizza or a raw one but the food was good last night but within an hour my son and I were in the bathroom violently ill. The rest of the family it hit later on in the night. Their food is not worth dying over. I called the shop the next day and they didn’t even bother to ask My name. Just I’ll let the owner know. Steer clear. It’s always been a dirty dive but I’ve never gotten sick before like these last 2 times I ordered.

We ordered 3 ham cheese cosmos . and got 2 cheese steaks. We called them first time and i was upset and told them they gave us the wrong order.they bought the right order back.they were Ice cold hoagies. We Did not want them got our money back. I called there to let them know we sent them back because they were cold. Joyce the manager called me a liar and said don’t order anymore.!!!! how rude she was to a customer.
