10/10 ..Everything was AMAZING! Taffers Tavern was SO good!! The burgers were juicy and full of flavor and the fries were perfect ..even the ketchup had this tangy taste that made it hit different. ..I also had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh and seasoned just right. The alcoholic drinks were strong (the way they should be ) and everything came out looking good and tasting even better. Even the appetizer (pictured) was delicious … crispy, saucy, and flavorful with a sweet-savory vibe…. Wings were okay and a bit overpriced…Overall the food, drinks, and vibe were top tier and I’ll definitely be back.. highly recommended

We made the trip over from Tampa to check it out. I will say we drove past it and walked around both floors of the plaza and it was a process finding it. Even in the plaza directory this place isn’t listed (neither are a few other restaurants upstairs either). Steve was helpful pointing us in the right direction, angel the host was a delight and Tierra was a great server. The food and drinks were awesome and we had a great time.
We had the campfire, the smoked old fashioned, and the smores expresso martini for the drinks. For food we started with the sliders which might have been my favorite of the day. The fig burger was a close second, but the steak frites were also delicious.
I do think it was a bit overpriced. Lots of restaurants in this area are, but it was $153 for our bill. They do factor 18% gratuity into the bill which was fine because we loved our server and tipped additionally as well but even without that the bill was around 130 for 3 drinks, 1 app, a burger, and entree. We would certainly come back but if you’re looking for the cheap bar to have a drink at this isn’t it but if you’re looking for a experience with great food, this is worth checking out

We got to experience this new location during their soft opening. We are big fans of Jon and the food and drinks at this tavern will bring us back time and time again. We tried the Taffer’s Tasters and were able to sample four of the best drinks. They were well executed and the cute side pieces added to the excitement for the drinks. Our favorite food we tried was the Figtastic Flatbread and Irish Sliders. We finished the stop out with a wonderful desert of Salted Caramel Triple Chocolate Brownie. It’s been a week and we’re still talking about the food. The service was phenomenal and exactly what we expected from Taffer’s establishment. We have found one of our new stops every time we’re in town.

I am a huge fan of bar rescue and couldn’t miss the opportunity to try out this new location during my vacation. It completely lived up to the Taffer reputation. Service was a+, the staff were super friendly and very attentive. The drinks were incredible, by far the best cocktails ever had. A little on the pricy side however which makes it difficult to grab a second one. The food, we shared some starters and just wow! The deville eggs were incredible, the flatbread was to die for and the mini burger were perfect. I had the salmon for a main and it was just heaven.
This place knocked it out of the park. I am assuming that people don’t know the taffer brand as well as it was quiet but it is by far up there as the top dining experiences out there. Next trip back, need to stop in again.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. My boyfriend and I literally made audible sounds when taking the first bite of our food. We started with the pretzel. It’s massive, basically the size of a human head! The mustard was sweet and Guinness brand. The pretzel came hot, and could definitely feed 2-3 people. I’m so glad we started off with that.
For my entree, I had the salmon sliders. I asked for the bacon on the side so I could give it to my boyfriend. I’m also not a fan of tomatoes, so I gave them to him. My salmon sliders had arugula and garlic aioli on the bun. I added some of the whiskey ketchup on it. Holy cow! Insanely good. The salmon was so fresh and juicy. Crispy and lightly blackened on the outside. Warm and juicy on the inside! It was cooked perfectly. I didn’t want the food to end!
My boyfriend got the whiskey bourbon burger. He liked the garlic aioli. He said the meat was juicy and flavorful. The bun was toasted but nice and fluffy. He was glad that I gave him my bacon and tomatoes, because it really elevated the flavor and crunch of the burger.
My boyfriend also got two drinks – the campfire and the smoffee martini. The campfire came on a platter with a side of wood chips. The server lit the wood chips so you experienced the smoky smell with your drink. My boyfriend said the signature whisky was some of the best he’s ever had. The balance of the drink was perfect.
My boyfriend said the presentation of the smoffee martini was awesome. The top of the cup came with a smore. The server lit the marshmallow on fire to toast it over the drink. We ended up dunking the smore into the drink. This was perfect because the drink itself wasn’t overly sweet.
We can’t wait to go back over and over. We were completely blown away by the quality and taste of the food. They also had a bunch of fun cocktails to choose from, so my boyfriend can try a different one every time.
The colors and ambience of the restaurant were beautiful. Very classy, clean, sleek. The bar lit up the entire space. We loved the wallpaper with Jon’s face on it!
Can’t wait to go back!!!!!!!

We were seated right away at on a Thursday evening and chose an outdoor high-top since the weather was so nice. We started with a few appetizers: the giant pretzel (perfectly salted and so soft), the pork belly skewers (spicy, flavorful, and with the best chew), and the deviled eggs (so tasty!).
For cocktails, we tried the Berry Impressive, the S’moffee Martini (like a White Russian without the Kahlúa), and the Harvest Margarita with apple butter and a cinnamon rim- all unique and enjoyable.
For our meals, we ordered a couple of Fish and Chips, the Seared Salmon, Steak Frites, and the Big Fig Burger with fig jam, goat cheese, and bacon (the last being absolutely drool-worthy). Although the food was stellar, the condiments were a miss. All fries were served with a spicy whiskey ketchup, which wasn’t terrible, but I’d rather just have the real deal. The tartar sauce was also a hard pass (coming from someone who loves tartar sauce). And from the looks of the full garlic aioli ramekin, it didn’t appear to have fans either.
Side sauces aside, the apps and fig burger will definitely us back.

This place was absolutely incredible! Definitely a must try. The food was incredible. Some of the best and most flavorful foods I’ve ever tried in my life! The atmosphere is super cozy and relaxed. The server, Yasmin was spectacular. She was sooo sweet and I could tell she really loves what she does. She went the extra mile for us. One of the best experiences ever! We tried the truffle fries, the pork belly sliders, bourbon burger, and the triple chocolate brownie dessert. We also had the Taffer’s drink flight. Every drink was crafted so perfectly. Everything was astounding. Thank you so much! ☺️

Very excited to finally try out a Taffer’s Tavern and glad one opened in Orlando! Going on grand opening weekend of a new location can be risky, but the entire team was amazing and so was the food! The staff was very engaging and friendly. Atmosphere is really nice, not too loud and has a nice modern feel. We absolutely loved the truffle fries as an appetizer! Our meals and dessert were equally good. The seasoning was on point for all the dishes, it was a highlight of each bite. It was fun seeing the food and Specialty cocktails come out to the tables around us too. Really happy we made it down to try tonight. Thanks!

As a huge Bar Rescue fan, visiting Taffer’s Tavern was a must-do, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The attention to detail is exactly what you’d expect from Jon Taffer. The food was incredibly tasty, and the cocktail menu is genuinely unique—not just your standard bar fare. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Shawn, who was fantastic. His recommendations were spot on and his service was top-tier. No “shutting it down” here—everything was on point!

Went to the soft launch of the restaurant tonight with my husband to celebrate my birthday and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I could have ever had. The service was phenomenal from when we walked through the door, sat down and even when we left. Drinks were delicious, the starters were amazingly good and our dinner was 10/10. Our server Melissa was super attentive and was hilarious, sweet and very friendly and welcoming. I had high hopes for this place and the whole experience truly exceeded all expectations. Great job to everyone and I can’t wait until it’s officially open! 🙂
