Fantastic staff and super fresh food. I used to love Subway and my brother loved Jimmy Johns. But now we both love McAlister’s. We went there twice in a week. I love their Red Beans and Rice and all of the food tastes fresh.

We Had A Hi-C & Black Berry Cherry Tea(i do not recommend this one) . We Also Had A Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad + A Spicy Turkey Melt(add mayo) & Doritos. We Also Chose A Salted Carmel Cookie + White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS ☺️ !!!!!!

These young people have the personality of a fire hydrant. Clearly they don’t want to be here. They don’t know how to greet a customer. Alayna acts as if it literally pains her to take your order or make a drink!

I stopped by McAlister’s Deli after a long day and ordered the Spicy Southwest Chicken Sandwich to go – and wow, it did not disappoint! The sandwich had the perfect amount of spice and was absolutely delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every team member greeted me with a friendly smile and such kindness – it truly made my day. It is those little gestures that go a long way. Very clean and well organized restaurant. Employees were very pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious! Ordered our meal with no problem from the front cashier Cierra. She was so sweet and did such a great job with greeting me and my family. She also helped break down the menu options, making the process of ordering my food very smooth. I will definitely be returning because of great employees like her, which is hard to find nowadays!

First time and it will be my last, the Cuban sandwich didn’t meet your expectations and I requested just ham on wheat and there was no flavor they put their honey mustard, I should have asked for yellow mustard and mayo. Finally, the price, the food dint match the price $38.00 was too much for what we received. I could have gone to Pappas BBQ or Pappadeaux’s for lunch and spent about the same amount. I dont mind the cost if the food is worth it, but I’m being honest with the taste. Staff were warm friendly and informative. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been told by so many people about this establishment and I wanted to see what the hype is all about. I can tell you this place does live up to its name thus far. I went with a buddy of mine; the service was poor and the food was good but not $58 good. We had asked for the chips bag that came with the order and to my surprise there were ONLY 3 singular chips in the cookie bag they put it in. Honestly who does that? My buddy also found a little plastic film inside his cheese/broccoli and it seems like there’s no quality control here. Management needs to re-evaluate before all the 1 stars come rolling in.

Went in less than an hour before closing and they were PACKED from the T-Mobile Tuesday deal. You would think the workers would be annoyed from how close it was to closing and the amount of people that were in the store….
The workers were so incredibly nice I was shocked at how good the customer service and attention was. I wouldn’t have cared to leave a review otherwise but the staff is really so great here they definitely deserve a raise and praise.
