Worst pick up delivery & food experience ever! It was my bday & I was so looking forward to my favorite restaurant & meal. The bread bag which I paid for an extra one was literally ripped up & tattered to pieces like a rat had got into it! Some of the bread was also crumbled like someone or mouse/rat got into it! See pictures. My food pick up time was 6:55pm & no one brought my food out until 7:33pm & it was COLD! I was afraid to eat the damaged bread bc idk what or who got into it or could have tainted it. I had to heat up everything else & even my drink was flat from sitting so long in the restaurant. The pick up times are horribly off by almost 45 minutes. I requested my free bday slice of cake with proof it was my bday & tipped extra generously & it was missing completely… they really don’t care about making their longtime favorite customers feel nice on their birthday anymore despite spending so much money there. It really was disheartening on my bday I was looking so forward to this meal for my bday & my bday slice of cake to celebrate. The meal I received in exchange for spending so much money on my bday was… ripped up tattered bag of bread, completely cold food, missing butter, silverware, napkins, no mints, all asked for. It was a slop job & took 38 minutes longer than the pick up time stated. I’m so disappointed.

We had an excellent experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Brackston. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Brackston knew the menu well, offered great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and breadsticks were always refilled without us having to ask. He checked in at just the right times and made us feel comfortable without being rushed. His positive attitude truly elevated our meal. Outstanding service — the best server experience we’ve had at Olive Garden!

Save your time and do not order Togo from here. I ordered the stuffed chicken marsala, got home and opened the box to this. Literally charred burnt you can’t even cut it. Not to mention the bread sticks were so hard, couldn’t even bite into them.

I went Olive Garden to celebrate a late Valentines Day. I’ve been to this Olive Garden a multitude of times and have experienced excellent service. Yet this time my friend and I got sat, got our drink and appetizers ordered. Then by the time the appetizers got out, I was out of water and my server said she was going to get more. We had finished our appetizers, still no water, and no sight of our waitress. As well as that we had already been there for over 30 minutes and had no bread sticks. Our food came out and our server got our drinks refilled after over 30 minutes of having no drinks!!! When she dropped off our drinks she didn’t check on us to see if our food was correct or okay. On top of that she put in my friend’s order wrong and had to get it remade. We then ate and were not checked on at all, we got our break sticks halfway through our meal from another server. It had been 50 minutes (I counted) and no sign of our server. I had to call her over for us to get our checks because at that point we just wanted out of there. It took her 15 minutes to get our checks in order because she had no clue what she was doing. Mind you the restaurant had been closed for over 40 minutes at this point and the whole time we were waiting she was running around cleaning up her section infront of us. She had to comp our appetizer only because she didn’t know how to split it into two checks. I am overall extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I tried to find a manager and none were around. Our server was Marie C. I’d like to add she also had an attitude with us the whole entire time serving. Acting as if we were an inconvenience to her.

We had such a great experience thanks to our server, Ariana! She was absolutely excellent! super friendly, attentive, and genuinely personable. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it made our whole meal that much better. Highly recommend asking for Ariana if you visit!

YUM! We sat in the bar and had Shayla. She was great – super attentive, knowledgeable, and nice. Our food was outstanding. Always so delicious. The donuts are out of this world.

We went on Saturday January 10th we had a group of 4 people they sat us in the bar area. The bartender was busting her butt she had to many table along with her other responsibilities if I would have been her I would have walk out. I hope everyone understand and tipped her well. The salad was not fresh it was more wilted, no crisp lettuce at all. The food was just mediocre, the chicken on the one dish was stringy. The bill before we split was over 100.00. I can tell you I doubt I will ever go back to any olive garden again. Total waste of our time and money you can do better

We came here on Friday at noon before the restaurant got busy. The first impression of the restaurant is when you meet the first person! We said twice hi, she didn’t pay attention while she was staring at us!
I waited 20 minutes before getting seated while more than 80% of tables were available at that time!
After we got our table, we felt more comfortable and more welcome by a different waitress.
Our food was prepared quickly without any delay, the waitress was so nice, and she came to us several times.
We got only one salad where we should get 2, I’m not sure if they put both on one plate! The quality of food wasn’t as expected, my kids didn’t like the food, and I did too. The napkins had a very bad smell, it looked has never been washed!
The chicken in the chicken alfredo was so oily and looked not grilled.
The second star is only for the second waitress.
Here is not a good dining restaurant, please stay away and find somewhere else. I will never return to this restaurant again.
