I can to kfc yesterday . The staff was so wonderful , caring and kind. The store looks so clean honestly the best looking store I’ve been to with the KFC‘s that I went to and had a experience with so I tried this one and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I will keep coming back. The food that I ordered was fresh tasted good. The few workers that I’ve seen they were all respectful nice. Overall, my experience here was really good. I really want them to know and tell them to keep up the good work that they are doing

I love this KFC the staff is friendly and the manger is awesome! I placed an only order my order was ready on time, the on ly issue is had was with the digital coupon fries and queso, which was incorrect the manager was very professional and advised me this is what she was told to give and I would need to cancel order using the app, I was not able to cancel the order therefore I contacted corporate and explained the issue and my problem was resolved.
I want to thank the manger for being professional and not stating what I need to do in unprofessional manner, I have never had any problems at this locate and the food is always hot and fresh with my 20 min ride home.

Customer service was horrible on November 20th @ 2:20 pm. First there was a guy taking my order. I ordered 3 Popeyes and lemon cake. He said it would be a 20 minute wait and I told him that would be okay. Then all of a sudden a very rude woman came on the speaker practically yelling small or large. I asked what was she referring to., she said, ” The cake, you ordered cake didn’t you what size.” I asked her why was she being smart, she responded what size cake small or large! I told her I didn’t want anything anymore since she was being so rude she said have a nice day! I just feel like if she did not want to be at work she should’ve stayed home. Instead of making people have to listen to someone yelling on speaker in a drive through all because I decided I would wait for popeyes to be made. Clearly that was the only thing I was guilty of and the menu did not specify that the cake came in different sizes because there was only one price. This is not the only issue with this location. My husband dreds coming to this location for lunch because they always shut the drive thru down and say you have to come in to place an order. Who wants to do that when your on lunch and trying to get something quick to eat. The woman that worked the drive thru today should definitely be sent home and not able to come back until she learns how to talk to people especially if she is representing KFC!

They refused to allow us to go through the drive through. Made us walk in. Then we ordered 3 potpies with 3 med drinks and a Mac a cheese. They got upset when they were asked to do 3 potpies and the lady in the back had a rude tone when she yelled to the front to ask us how many potpies we wanted. Then when im sitting outside eating I look over and they are letting people in the drive through. This was not even 10 minutes after they just told us we couldn’t go through the drive through.

I came to this location tis evening and i ordered an 8 piece chicken tender and a family size potato wedge the potato wedges were old hard and tasted horrible like old grease and half my box was filled with old hard french fries i will never return and they were rude when i called to complain i wish i could give 0 stars

so I called in and let them know and the same guy that messed up the order answered the phone and hung up on me when i asked for the manager. I called back. the manager or supervisor who answered was very polite and apologized as well as offering to fix the order but I had already left. I thanked her
that’s the problem with hiring family and friends get a little too comfortable.
And it would be nice if they made pot pies and bowls with fresh chicken. but unfortunately they used chicken that they’ll put in pot pies winds up on top of and some potatoes in the bowl right out old and and it’s very obvious avoid the bowl anyway if nothing else.

So we ordered a 12 PC family meal with patatoe wedges. The lady told us to pull around and wait by the door because they were waiting on wedges. We pulled around and waited. We waited for 20 minutes.There was only one other customers at the time. I ended up going inside to check and the same lady that took our order forgot we were out there and the food was sitting on the counter the whole time. The worst part is, when we got home we saw that they didn’t even give us patatoe wedges. I reason we had to wait. I will never go back to this location.

Went through drive thru after ordering a pot pie and some chicken. Paid at window and then was informed that they don’t have pot pies and did I want to get something else. I replied no that I came for the pot pie and wanted a refund. Then I was told that they don’t give refunds. Don’t give refunds? On something they didn’t have yet did not tell me until I had already paid? NEVER GO HERE. EVER. How do yoú not give a refund? Manager was also rude. Employees were standing outside upon arrival. Guess it isn’t managed properly.
