food is what you expect from McDonald’s—sometimes fresh and hot, other times just okay. Service can be hit or miss depending on the time of day; I’ve had some friendly interactions, but waits can be longer than they should be, especially during busy hours. The location is convenient, but cleanliness and order accuracy could definitely be more consistent. It’s fine for a quick stop, just don’t expect anything exceptional.

I really haven’t been to McDonald’s for awhile but you know there is nothing like those French fries. I decided to stop by get a couple of things: Well I place my order it moved pretty smoothly the payment process was a bit confusing as we know the art of counting money has become a lost art. But my problem is what they handed me as a large French fries insult to my intelligent and probably made my pockets cry for the lack of fries I received for the price of fries 5.19 plus taxes I don’t know if the employees at this place feel that they trying to keep.the products in house or feel that people don’t deserve respect for the value of our money not including how the young person shoved the bag so food in my hands and almost through the drinks. I guess there’s a few other things. That’s a lost art customer service at this McDonald’s. The photos is the actual amount of fries I received. Shame on them.

if I can give them a zero I would. worst customer service very rude and don’t listen to the orders customers tell and then get mad cuz u make a complain they state they have head phones for that . they didn’t take my order right and had the nerve to tell me to go around or walk in like my food won’t get cold and they won’t redo for me for a reason I went through the drive though and re order not caring if my food would get cold cuz they don’t know how to listen and get mad cuz u didn’t confirm ur order on a streen u can’t see at all soo how can I and I asked for a large fries but a quarter of it was missing plus they where all stale . then u got a rude manager Edwardo gets mad cuz I wanna be helped for what I ordered and wants to go we refusing ur order . that’s how you guys want better pay . do your job right

Stopped by McDonald’s and overall it was a good experience. The food was hot and the order was mostly correct, and staff was doing their best even though it was busy. The wait was a little longer than expected, but nothing crazy. Solid location when you need a quick bite.

The people who work in the drive thru think they’re being helpful by telling you to pick up delivery orders in the lobby after-hours. Yet 99% of restaurants do not want that. You’re not helping, you’re making us waste gas/time. Stop being entitled ✌

My husband placed an online curbside order at 11:58. I parked at 12pm. Didn’t receive the food until 12:20pm. I pulled off and drive all the way home. Once I got home, we realized we received the wrong order. My husband drove back to McDonald’s to let them know what happened. Staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. Even accused us of lying about the incident. We will NOT be back. Horrible customer service.

This McDonald’s is the worst, The order is always wrong. I’ve never once had them give me the correct food through the window. I always have to pull out to the front and go sit in the parking lot and wait for them to bring me out of wrong order. All the people Or unbelievably rude.
If I could give this place a zero I definitely would I highly recommend not coming here if you live on that side of the town it’s much easier to just go to the one on L and 30th.

Went in to get some food since I needed to use the restroom after a long drive for work.
Walked up to a sign saying to order at kiosk…workers wouldn’t even bother to look at the 3 of us standing at the counter. Young kid waiting for an order kept politely calling out for assistance after a few minutes the worker snaps “your order isn’t ready”.
I was able to get bathroom code and as I walked away I heard the third person complaining that they’ve been waiting 20 minutes for their pick up order.
Since I was in a tight schedule I decided to gamble with their service and went somewhere else.
All these food ordering options and automation seems to be making some locations slower not faster.

Drive thru is always fast and easy in the early mornings. However, the orders are always wrong. They’re also always “out of ketchup packets”. Not sure how/why if that’s a high demand condiment. Poor inventory control on kitchen managers part. Do better.

The service is usually quick, and the staff has been friendly during my visits. The food is consistent with what you’d expect from McDonald’s—nothing fancy, but dependable when you’re craving something familiar.
