Was there during lunch today shortly after 12pm barely any bread in their warmer storage completely out of Italian herb and cheese basically only white and wheat people were choosing from the girl never smiles was telling everyone she was out of certain breads there was at least 10 of us ordering I’m a customer at least 2to3 times a week same girl always working can’t think of her name she wasn’t a manager she needs to smile more wear a name tag if she is irritated or doesn’t wanna be there maybe she should quit and find something that’s not customer service and they should be better stocked with breads during a lunch rush and I’m not one to complain publicly and probably will be noticed once I return being a customer but the corporation or bosses should be aware of their establishments

We just stopped in for ice tea and cookies. The ice tea was not ready, but they had Gold Peak tea and gave us a cup of ice. The cookies were delicious! We even got one extra because it was broken. The girl was super friendly and nice.

Only one Young lady working, she was left with No Prep, out of red onions, green peppers, condiment section very bare, No Fresh Bread, only bread available was white, or wraps, that’s extremely sad that she was left that way, and no manager to come in an help the situation she was left in, and or find her assistance, we felt bad for her but she was a trooper, very polite, friendly, positive attitude, not letting any of this affect her work ethics, she deserves a huge raise! Better yet promote her to Manager!

Curbside is awful. I’ve had my sandwhiches given away to strangers twice. It doesn’t take more than 2 seconds to ask someone their name, all they do is say are you here for the curbside. They never answer the phone at this location. It’s just this one. Wabash and silver lake always answers and Manchester just doesn’t care. I know that because I’ve been inside ordering when the employees silence the phone when it’s not that busy they just don’t want to take their gloves off and answer. It’s going downhill by the months.
