Staff was very nice and patient with my boyfriend and I, we couldn’t decide what to get and they were very informative. They make this chocolate chip challah on Thursdays and it was one of the tastiest breads I had. It was fluffy, layered, and I did not expect that from a bagel shop.

My wife’s friend had ordered a ton of food for us to pick up while she was at her father’s funeral. Fortunately we have a large SUV, but it was a ROYAL PAIN trying to stack the lox platters because of the circular plastic dome covers that VERY easily pop open! We were also not impressed with the paper shopping bag of bagels because when the bag is full, they easily rip! Suggest that you ditch those plastic platters and dimes and replace with rectangular foil lasagna pans that will stay closed. And pack the bagels in a cardboard box when the order is for more than 2 dozen.

I will not be back. There are so many bagel places to choose from. The bagels were dry, they don’t have meat for the breakfast sandwiches, and it was a total waste of money. So disappointed.

We always get bagels from here. Today my husband brought home bagels and they were not the norm from this place. Tried to call a few times, phone stopped ringing then nothing. Wanted to see if they could replace them.
