Not the best experience. Three workers and I stood behind a complicated individual for 15 minutes before leaving and going through drive through. I get that customers can be complicated but greeting me and acknowledge me goes a long away.
I also wanted the large hot or iced coffee with 3 dollar meal add. apparently a large caramel macchiato does not count to that which doesn’t make sense because it’s more money than a large coffee wasn’t explained that well to me just wasn’t an overall great atmosphere.
The egg and cheese croissant my son said was tasty, except for the bread was a slightly burnt

The first time I went it took over 30 minutes to receive hot chocolate and there was only one other couple that came in while we were waiting, claiming they were “busy”. We decided to give it another chance today and ordered two small hot chocolates, hash browns, and the munchin wicked box (which is super cute, I’ll give them that). We were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes until I finally went inside to see what was happening. I never received an apology, just “it’s just us two today” but there were only two other people in the store that had already received their items. Lastly, our hot chocolates were practically warm water. They need to get some new management and workers or something. The store is not busy so there isn’t a reason things need to take so long at a quick stop breakfast shop.

Ordered donuts for our shop this morning and every single Boston Cream donut had zero cream filling and the topping was sliding off the top. The only other time I had ever tried coming here there were two employees standing outside washing donut trays down with a bucket of soap, and a water hose, in the parking lot. I was sure enough time had passed that improvements had been made. None of the other locations seem to have the same issues. Sad this is an Owasso employee/people problem. Won’t be wasting my time on that garbage again. Was excited to finally get a Dunkin after decades of them being gone, but in this economy I’m not paying premium prices on terrible services and/or products especially when there are plenty of other options.

I come here just about every day (I spend lots of money I’m aware haha) the staff is very friendly! My drink (a refresher) always tastes so good and the food good as well. Sometimes the food takes a little longer, but only if I come at a busy time which is understandable. The staff also seem to be unfortunately very short staffed so I understand. Overall, very kind people, good drinks, and good food!

I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance before leaving a low review, but it’s truly in need of a management makeover. I sat in the drive thru for a long period of time, before the gentleman in front of me was helped. I assumed he had a large order, when he finally pulled forward I see he had only ordered 2 donuts! I followed by ordering one glazed and one strawberry. The glazed donut was so hard and stale my daughter couldn’t even eat it. Definitely serving day old or more donuts. Do better Dunkin! I’ve been to other locations and it’s nothing like this.Will not be going back.

My husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I recently stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through, and the experience definitely left room for improvement. Even though the staff mentioned they were busy, there didn’t seem to be much going on, yet the whole process ended up taking approximately 35 minutes from start to finish. My husband placed a fairly standard multi-item order, but when we got to the window, there were mistakes—one doughnut was missing and the coffee wasn’t served at the right temperature. they gave him iced coffee instead of a hot coffee. On top of that, we had already waited about 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes before going in for them to hand over half completed no receipt was given. Thankfully, when we pointed this out politely, the staff fixed the issue right away and gave us everything we were missing. Overall, the visit was very slow was not busy definitely needed more employees we pulled away with all our stuff 10:10

Repeated visits filled donuts have no filling. Service is always slow and hot coffee is warm at best.
But last visit topped it off:
Placed mobile order to pick up decaf grounds to arrive and be told they decided not to carry decaf at this location because they don’t think it will sell. I would have to pick a caffeinated option instead because I paid thru app. Nope, not an option for me.
The Owasso local is very disappointing after we were so excited DD was coming to the area.

The apple fritter was was cold, and the dough on the inside was still SLIMEY. The chocolate sprinkle donuts were dumped upsode down into the bag, most of the frosting sticking to the bottom of the sack!
And in addition to the bad product, the parking lot nearly killed us. Our car was almost crushed by a truck in the “drive thru” when someone in the “mobile order” lane merged into ours without notice.
Was it their fault? Not really! The lanes squeezed together without any warning right as we went around the corner. It’s incredibly bad parking lot design, and I’m sure we’re not the only people who have almost been in accidents there.

Disappointed, I was so excited to get Dunkin in Owasso (I am originally from Phoenix) and so far I have been sadly let down. The few times they have gotten our coffee right, the coffee has been great! But the service is usually very unhappy people as well as most of the time our order is wrong. Today I received my iced “latte” which was just a cup of oatmilk ice and flavor! I had a friend pick up my order for me otherwise I would have gone back for it to be fixed. My friend even confirmed if the drink was correct since they did not think it looked right either. I would chalk it to an off day except this continually happens and I have gone back more times than not to have our drinks fixed. We probably won’t be returning until they can get more consistent!
